Staff was amazing
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing. The breakfast staff were very hard working and friendly. Staff was great overall. The room was a nice size and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

We were in room 625 which is right near the highway and could hear the sounds from the vehicles.

Great hotel for a mini vacation with the family with kids and pets, minutes away from most museums
Pros:

The room was ready upon our arrival. The receptionist explain the pet policy. The room was very clean. We had a n excellent breakfast. I wish they had more veriaty of fresh fruit and pastries. Their coffee was great. My pets were very comfortable and there are several areas around the hotel where I was able to walk my dog. The hotel is located in a great spot. It is about 10 min walk to all museums.

Pros:

Love the location being right at the National Mall.

Cons:

It wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Crumbs on furniture and floors. Floors hadn’t been vacuumed, swept or mopped.

We walked everywhere, felt very safe walking. Hotel was clean, friendly staff and had everything we needed.

Staff is non client oriented, non responsible and non focused in solving problem. They have no complimentary water in room, but also they want to sell water from bar; no breakfast boxes and no finding the way to solve the problem.
