This is our second stay at this Hyatt, overall it was a good experience.
Pros:

Location; proximity to museum of the Bible. Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

One Elevator was broken the whole time and wait times were long… and charging for coffee… it’s probably just me but I think water and coffee in the lobby should be free for guests…

Ubicacion , servicios

Cons:

Tuvimos.un problema con.picaduras de insectos , no se cuales, quiza chinches al final no dijmos nada pensando que habian sido mosquitos etc raro pq las ventanas no se podian abrir , nos daba verguenza pero al cambiar de sito ya no nos volvieron a picar y no hubo mas contratiempos . Supongo setia alguien que ocupara hab antes pero fue muy desagradable eramos familia de 5 y nos picaron a todos 10 /12 picaduras sibretodo por las piernas .

Perfect Home from Home in DC!
Pros:

Fantastic place to stay, brilliant facilities and perfectly situated. The hotel reception staff were top class particularly Nick, Lexus, Eduardo, Kofi and the incredibly welcoming Eric. Fabulous team and the breakfast staff and room maids were also very good indeed.
