La disponibilità dello staff

Cons:

La scarsa igiene e pulizia riscontrati in bagno e nella camera.
Gli asciugamani che ci hanno fornito non erano assolutamente da fornire ad un ospite ma su nostra richiesta ci sono stati cambiati.
Parcheggio pubblico non semplice da reperire

Pros:

Tres bon emplacement, confortable et accueil sympathique. Au-delà de l aproximité du centre ville, le quartier lui même est tres bien

Cons:

Les parties communes (sanitaires) ressemblent plus à une colloc d'étudiants, mais c'est ok

Just avoid it!
Cons:

The room was dusty, the bed sheets were stained and had hair on them, towels were stained, bathrooms and shower were dirty, the window was broken and it didn't lock, I could hear every single noise from outside and inside of the building.
Other people was living permanently in there and they had been cooking without extraction on and was speaking loudly until 1 am, combined with the noise from outside made my stay horrible as I wasn't able to sleep at all. Very poor quality mattress and pillows as well.
Overall I think you should avoid it completely, I'm not fussy in general but everything that could go wrong with this property it did went wrong!
