El hotel es nuevo, también las instalaciones y está muy limpio. Aunque no es una zona especialmente moderna, está en una calle principal, lo cual es muy práctico para pedir tuk tuk y taxi. Aunque se anuncian diciendo que están a 2 minutos de Connaught Place, andando hay que caminar por una carretera sin aceras con 4 carriles por la que no se puede respirar. En tuk tuk o en metro (está a 3 minutos andando de una parada), sin problema. Nuestra habitación era interior, pudimos descansar sin problema.

Cons:

El desayuno apenas tiene opciones occidentales, sólo cereales, fruta y café soluble. Algo de pan con mantequilla estaría bien para quienes no podemos comenzar el día comiendo picante.

Gran amabilidad, seguridad y tranquilidad, algo único una ciudad con tanto movimiento

El personal fue sumamente amable con nosotros, sin duda uno de los mejores tratos que jamás he recibido en hotelería. Nos recomendaron muchos lugares para visitar, nos ayudaron a resguardar nuestro equipaje muchas horas extra, nos orientaron bastante bien lo cual nos dio mucha tranquilidad en nuestra primera visita a India y sin duda sentimos bastante tranquilidad con ellos. Un lugar muy recomendable si quieres una estadía cerca de Connaught Place, lo cual recomendaría bastante por sus restaurantes, tiendas y proximidad a lugares turísticos.

Cons:

Se podría mejorar un poco la limpieza de ropa de cama, ya que encontré una almohada con una pequeña mancha, lo cual no fue un gran problema; fuera de este punto la estadía fue excelente.
