It was quite comfortable and we slept well.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful with our needs. Room was clean but a bit smaller than the photo. Near to Connaught place area which is a safe area in Delhi.

Cons:

Parking is just on the road side in front of the hotel, but it still was fine.

Really Appreciable Gesture and Service

I would like to sincerely appreciate the entire team for their excellent hospitality, courteous gestures, and prompt efforts in resolving any concerns or conflicts. The way the team handled everything and ensured a smooth and comfortable stay was truly commendable.

I am especially thankful to Mr. Tanveer, who personally came forward to understand and resolve the concern and made sure everything moved smoothly. His ownership and customer-focused approach were highly appreciated.

A special thanks to Afsana for her warm gesture and genuine hospitality. She went the extra mile to make my stay more comfortable and also kindly offered me complimentary breakfast. Her thoughtful gesture made a positive difference.

I would also like to appreciate Mr. Bittu for his excellent room service. His polite behaviour, professionalism, and willingness to provide assistance in accordance with the hotel’s policies were truly commendable.

Overall, I really appreciate the team’s professionalism, hospitality, and commitment to guest satisfaction. Thank you all for making my stay comfortable and pleasant.

スタッフが優しいホテル
Pros:

スタッフがみんなとても親切です。
シャンプー、ボディソープ、ドライヤー、歯磨きセット、タオルなど、必要なものは部屋にあります。
また、水をたくさんいただけたので助かりました。
チェックアウトが12時までなのも良かったです。

Cons:

Si te toca habitación exterior. al lado hay un club nocturno y el ruido no te deja dormir. ni con audífonos. Lo siento.
Seguramente si me tocaba otra habitación ponía todo 10. Pero no poder dormir me ha bajado puntos al hotel.

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel Shandon und werde bestimmt wiederkommen.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat fast alle Wünsche erfüllt, speziell Bittu. Das Essen beim Frühstücksbüffet war gut. Ich habe immer so viele Wasserflaschen mit Trinkwasser bekommen wie ich wollte (im Hotel Preis inbegriffen). Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet und es hat in den Zimmern Klimaanlage und einen Deckenventilator. Heisses Wasser gibt es 24 Stunden am Tag und das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis hat auch gestimmt.
Ausserdem hatte es im Hotel Shandon eine Tour Desk von India Trip Aisha und Mr. Tanveer Khan hat mir für Tagesausflüge einen Fahrer organisiert. Hat super funktioniert.
Eine Metrostation ist auch gleich in der Nähe.

Cons:

Die Lärmbelästigung von einem Gebäude in der Nähe des Hotels, die von ca. 21:00 Uhr bis spät nach Mitternacht laute Bollywood Musik gespielt haben. Ich hatte Ohrstöpsel dabei und so konnte ich sehr gut schlafen.

Fondamentalmente nulla

Cons:

Partiamo dal taxi mandato dall'hotel in aeroporto (pagato 1.500 rupie indiane)... L'auto era sporca con sedili ricoperti di moquette... Vabbè, Atteso davanti al gate x 35 minuti nonostante l'appuntamento... Prelevati e durante il tragitto ha fatto una lunga deviazione x fermarsi a fare gas... Risultato arrivati in hotel dopo più di un'ora. Proseguiamo... La notte è piovuto forte (ci sta')... risultato, veniva giù acqua anche nel bagno della camera (non ci sta').. Si ma parliamo della colazione... Doveva essere dalle 8:00 alle 10.00... ma dato che era piovuto erano in ritardo (ci sta')... Colazione 8.30. Abbiamo mangiato pane e acqua perché il resto era da lasciar perdere. Premetto, viaggiamo tanto, ma questa è stata tra le peggiori esperienze... Meglio spendere di più. Non cerchiamo standard elevati. Pessima esperienza
