Hermoso lugar
Pros:

Lindos dormitorios, pero por sobre todo la atención de la gente que trabaja ahí es espectacular, amables y sonrientes. Desde que llegamos nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Rosie y todo el equipo siempre dispuestos a atendernos con una sonrisa en la casa. Nos encantó que intentaban hablar en español con nosotros. Al finalizar la estadía nos regalaron un imán que nos llevaremos de vuelta a Barcelona con mucho amor. Gracias a todo el equipo del hotel, son ustedes quienes hacen de ese lugar un encanto de hotel.

Good location in old quarter with plenty of eating, drinking and shopping a short walk away. very friendly staff, comfortable beds and clean rooms. Breakfast has a small selection of cooked and fresh foods and is ok. Everything pretty good for the price

You need to climb stairs from entrance to lobby to then use the lifts. Breakfast area is small and selection could be better. Overall pretty good

El hotel tiene una ubicacion fantastica. Es antiguo pero en buen estado y con todo lo necesario. El desayuno bufet tiene de todo y recien hecho. El personal del hotel muy agradable y atento. Y Rosie, fantastica desde el dia de la reserva siempre nos ayudó con la organización de todo lo que necesitamos. Nos consiguió el crucero por la Bahia de Halong en un barco estupendo Mon Chery con un precio mejor que el de Booking y con todos los traslados incluidos. Entradas excepcionales para el teatro de marionetas y buenas recomendaciones de negocios locales. Sin duda volveria a alojarme en este hotel para conocer Hanoi.

Fijn Hotel om Hanoi te beleven.
Pros:

Hotel is super gelegen tov. Old quarter en hoan kiem meer. Er liggen genoeg koffietentjes, restaurantjes en barretjes in de buurt. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk, attent en spreken erg goed Engels. Van te voren werd ik door Rosie benaderd om eventueel vervoer van en naar vliegveld te regelen. Dit is qua prijs nagenoeg gelijk aan de prijs voor een Grab. De kamer die we hadden was erg comfortabel.

Cons:

Lift gaat maar tot 7e verdieping. Wij hadden het penthouse op 9 verdieping. Dus moesten nog wat trappen omhoog.

Bon séjour, en plein centre d Hanoï
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner compris est délicieux, le personnel est très accueillant et très attentif aux besoins de chacuns.
Dans le Centre, très pratique pour toutes les visites et activités.

Cons:

C est un hôtel....il y a du bruit, mais ca reste supportable.
Salle de bain et équipements vieillissants.

We returned to Hanoi for one night after our Ha Long Bay cruise and stayed in a Premium Room on the fifth floor, which was very spacious and comfortable.

Rosie and Rina arranged our transfer to Sapa and, above all, our return journey with a private driver who picked us up directly from a village outside Sapa. Exceptional service!

Rosie also helped us resolve an unexpected problem. Communication with her is always fantastic: she is incredibly helpful, responsive, and reliable.

The real added value, however, is Rosie: she can solve any problem and always recommends the best solutions. She arranges anything you ask for and genuinely cares about making sure everything goes smoothly.

Vorrei fare un ringraziamento speciale a una ragazza dello staff che è LISA, educata e professionale si è prodigata con successo per risolvere un problema con l'aria condiziona e si è dimostrata estremamente attenta al cliente. Brava LISA abbiamo apprezzato molto, complimenti!

albergo un po "vecchio", struttura un po trascurata e di vecchia ideologia a un prezzo non economico.
