New hotel in prime location for visiting London.
This hotel represents the highest level of excellence in the hotel industry, meeting the highest standards of quality, distinguished by the professionalism and friendliness of the Staff.
Exquisite restaurant, and very professional and pleasant service.
I had a health issue, and the staff gave me the best support possible—they arranged for a doctor and constantly checked in to see how I was doing and if I needed anything. Thank you!

Pros:

O quarto é muito confortável. Café da manhã ótimo. Restaurante do hotel também é muito bom.

Cons:

Não gostei da música no restaurante. Jantamos lá uma noite e a música de balada era insuportável!

It was a great experience for my family during the heatwave in London .

Cons:

One day the AC unit in the whole hotel was not working. It was a horrible experience. My child couldn’t sleep but then later we asked for a compensation of a 50% for an extended tonight they managed it . Appreciate

hôtel idéalement situé
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel à proximité des magasins et d'une station de métro est extraordinaire. La suite avec son salon en forme de bowwindow était magnifique et grande pour une ville comme Londres. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est de bonne qualité et le buffet du petit déjeuner complet. Equipement complet de la chambre et vaste salle de bains.

Cons:

Refaire la chambre avant l'après-midi. Au déjeuner remettre du jus d'orange au buffet du petit déjeuner même si le buffet ferme dans 15 minutes.
