Beautiful boutique hotel with masterfully designed rooms and a simple yet comfortable spa. Nice location on a quiet pedestrian street
Great location, extremely friendly staff, room was clean and spacious
The staff is very nice and attentive
Rooms are great and well designed but maintenance could be a bit better to main the high quality
Petit déjeuner top
The hotel features well-designed architecture, stylish rooms, and a modern, appealing overall concept.
I booked a suite through Booking.com, but upon arrival, the reception staff attempted to assign me a lower-category room (Deluxe) instead. I had the impression that this was done intentionally, which was quite disappointing and raised concerns about the hotel's professionalism and transparency.
Overall, the service quality was average at best, with nothing particularly impressive or above expectations.
More importantly, the hotel's facilities, especially the gym and other amenities, were well below expectations and did not meet the standards one would expect from a hotel of this category.
Hotel precioso.

Great location . Loved the suite we were upgraded to .. lovely touch
We loved the property and our suite.
Breakfast was a disaster every day and our friends who stayed a couple of weeks before said the same thing.the coffee machines were broken every morning , a waiter that was obviously used to that happening tried to mend them every day . Queues to get the tea and coffee every day . Water not hot enough for tea . Milk jugs no where near the milk. Very frustrating !!! Why not just make fresh tea and coffee for the guests .. machines , especially ones that don’t work really lowered the tone of your fabulous hotel !
