By far the most pleasant hotel in Hamburg.
Pros:

Fantastic location. Highly competent and friendly staff. Spotlessly clean and comfortable room. Best breakfast in Germany, possibly Europe. Dinner in the brasserie was relaxed and delicious. Very good value for top luxurious experience.

Pros:

At breakfast, there was a large piece of glass in my napkin, which cut my finger. In response, they offered a free breakfast. After I returned home, I contacted the hotel to ask whether they believed this was handled appropriately, and they said they did.

I feel that such a potentially catastrophic incident should have been treated with greater care and attention. I will think twice before visiting again, especially with children.

Ein außergewöhnliches Hotel mit hervorragenden Service, überaus freundlichen Personal und in einer Top-Lage.

Nähe zu Innenstadt

Cons:

Zimmer sehr klein, Flure dunkel, überteuertes Frühstück p.P. 59€!
Kreditkarte wurde mit dem 3fachen Preis! geblockt, trotz Nachfrage und Hinweis an das Personal gab es nur eine lapidare Ausrede(technischer Fehler- können wir leider nichts machen...)
