Toller Aufenthalt direkt am Meer
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Besonders hervorzuheben ist wirklich das tolle Personal, das immerzu freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr herzlich ist. Die Zimmergröße war sehr komfortabel und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer, sodass man zum Schlafengehen das Wellenrauschen hören kann. Allerdings ist sonst nichts um das Hotel herum, das sollte man bei der Buchung wissen.
Frühstück und Abendessen waren gut. Ich habe zwei Mal eine Massage gebucht und habe es sehr genossen!
Insgesamt auf jeden Fall eine absolute Weiterempfehlung, wenn man eine entspannte Zeit direkt am Meer haben möchte.

Cons:

Ich habe nur kleine Kritikpunkte, die jedoch das Gesamterlebnis nur marginal beeinflussen. Die Ausstattung könnte mal wieder renoviert werden, meine Matratze war leider etwas durchgelegen. Das Restaurant für Frühstück und Abendessen ist zu klein, wenn das Hotel gut besucht ist, sodass man teilweise auf einen Platz warten musste. Fanden wir aber nicht weiter schlimm :)

Uma região lindíssima, com paisagens naturais impressionantes e um ritmo calmo, um destino perfeito.
Pros:

Apesar da excelente localização do hotel e da boa dimensão do quarto, a experiência global ficou bastante aquém das expectativas para uma unidade deste nível e faixa de preço. O espaço em si é agradável e bem situado, mas foi dececionante verificar que os quartos não dispunham de ar-condicionado, de acordo com o staff "por razões de sustentabilidade" algo que considero que deveria ser opção do cliente ligar ou não.

Cons:

O serviço, em particular na área da restauração, revelou-se bastante desorganizado. Era frequente existirem filas demoradas, falta de pratos no buffet e até talheres inadequados para as refeições servidas. Além disso, os colaboradores aparentavam pouca preparação e conhecimento das suas funções, transmitindo uma sensação constante de falta de coordenação. A qualidade da comida também deixou muito a desejar, sem sabor e claramente abaixo do esperado para um hotel desta categoria. Infelizmente, a simpatia e atenção ao cliente por parte da equipa também não foram pontos fortes da estadia.

Outro aspeto muito negativo foi toda a questão relacionada com a faturação. Solicitei várias vezes a emissão da fatura com contribuinte, mas fui constantemente informado de que teria de tratar disso diretamente com a Booking, apesar de a própria Booking já me ter confirmado que a responsabilidade era do hotel. Após muita insistência, acabaram finalmente por emitir a fatura, mas novamente sem o número de contribuinte solicitado. Quando pedi a correção, informaram-me de que o contribuinte “não existia”, apesar de pertencer a uma empresa com mais de 10 anos de atividade. Uma situação incompreensível e pouco profissional, que acabou por deixar uma última impressão bastante negativa da estadia.

Cons:

Dinner inbegrepen in de prijs was niet altijd lekker. Je kiest beter voor het restaurant waar je moet reserveren.

Третий визит: стабильный комфорт, но кухня требует улучшений.
Pros:

Останавливаюсь в этом отеле уже в третий раз. Базовые преимущества остаются неизменными: мне по-прежнему нравится расположение, территория и общий уровень сервиса. Отель держит марку в плане комфорта проживания.

Cons:

Основное замечание касается питания (завтраки и ужины). Я с пониманием отношусь к повышению стоимости номера из-за обязательного включения ужина в тариф, так как осознаю необходимость отеля покрывать растущие расходы и выплачивать зарплату персоналу. Тем не менее, качество блюд на данный момент не соответствует возросшей цене.

The best place to enjoy São Miguel!
Pros:

Amazing location, stunning view from the window, beach next to the hotel, but the best thing about this place is the staff! Helpful, kind, friendly and so hardworking! Last but not least- food was great ❤️

Comfortable room, nice view. The breakfast and the a la cart dinner were delicous.

Cons:

We had to pay for a kettle to use in the room. Some part of the hotel are a bit outdated, the spa (sauna) didn’t work and there is no heated pool.
