This hotel requires a credit card pre-authorization upon check in to cover any incidental charges. This will be refunded upon departure, following an inspection of the apartment by staff. For credit card pre-authorizations, funds will be returned to the credit card after departure, but may take 5 - 10 days to become available. The deposit amounts are as follows:

Pros:

Bed was super comfortable, really nicely styled and T2 tea was much appreciated! Would absolutely stay again.

Cons:

Sofa was a little uncomfortable but otherwise nothing else.

Schoon, mooi en fijn in de stad!
Pros:

Heel erg schoon, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Super fijne locatie, snel in het centrum van Sydney!

Cons:

Geen matras voor in het babybedje, waardoor onze dochter niet top heeft geslapen.

Excellent location, Staff very friendly and helpful. Daily room clean was excellent

Cons:

A sharp knife for vegetable preparation and a potato masher would have been useful.
The lounge seating could be improved to accommodate 4 guests.

A comfortable stay in a huge, well-appointed room.
Pros:

Huge room, good facilities.

Cons:

For the price of the room, the bathroom was disappointing. The shower pressure was extremely poor and there wasn’t a proper exhaust fan.
