Please note that Zara Tower – Luxury Suites and Apartments requires a valid credit card and photo ID at the time of check-in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation.

This hotel requires a credit card pre-authorization upon check in to cover any incidental charges. This will be refunded upon departure, following an inspection of the apartment by staff. For credit card pre-authorizations, funds will be returned to the credit card after departure, but may take 5 - 10 days to become available. The deposit amounts are as follows:

- Credit card pre-authorization of AUD 300 for One Bedroom Apartments;
- Credit card pre-authorization of AUD 400 for Two-Bedroom Apartments;

Great location and atmosphere! Will stay again with family.
Pros:

The staff were approachable and friendly. We received a complimentary room upgrade, which was very welcome. The room was well-kept and furnished.

Cons:

They specified they had a "proper" cot and not a "travel" cot, which turned out to be incorrect. They provided a portacot, which is not as comfortable so we ended up using the spare bed and co-slept. Also, I was surprised they did not have an ice pack when I requested. Also, room service was not clearly communicated so we had to follow them up after leaving a "Do not disturb" sign in the morning.

Cons:

Rooms are too cold. Air con doesn’t flow into the bedroom space as well as the living areas. Made it harder with kids.
