Stilvolles komfortables Hotel in günstiger Lage
Pros:

Sehr großes Zimmer mit großem Bett und angenehmer Matratze. Badezimmer mit toller Badewanne und Dusche. Alles sauber. Frühstück à la carte und gut. Hotel nahe zum Bahnhof und zu einigen Geschäften. Entfernung zu London 20min per Zug. Entfernung zu Watford 30min per Auto.

Cons:

Kein richtiger Empfang, enge Flure, die aus Feuerschutzgründen nicht belüftet wurden, kein Kakao zum Frühstück (für Kinder) und kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer

breakfast staff were excellent

Cons:

windows were restricted, no aircon so stuffy and too warm so couldn't cool it down to outside temperature. I'm not going to fall out of a small window just let me open it!!!!!

Small town. Easy walk to the shops.
Pros:

The breakfast for me was very basic. I do not need big breakfasts the continental buffet was good cereal etc. choices of bread, croissant. The dinner menu was really good too. My bedroom was a really good size. Still hope they give a choice of softer pillows The bathroom towels were really big

Please oil the doors!!!

Would stay again.
Pros:

Comfortable sleep in a well presented room, and the breakfast was amazing!

Cons:

Wet room floor flooded and took a while to drain so anyone else using the toilet had to sit in water.

Pros:

Location was great, staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The WIFI was unusable. It was very difficult to join and I had to ask several members of staff to enable me to join the wifi. The staff told me that the wifi was 'impossible'. Then every 15 minutes or so the wifi would drop out. The hotel manager told me that the wifi had been set up in this way so that it drops out every 15 minutes and you 'just have to log back in'. Impossible to do any work or watch a movie.

Very pleasant thank you
Pros:

The breakfast was ample and good choices and staff are very good. The fan in my room was enough to keep the room cool as most older hotels have no air conditioning.

Cons:

I would suggest a choice of pillows. I found the pillows a bit hard on my neck
