Thursdays and Fridays: from 15:00 to 19:00
Saturdays: from 09:00 to 19:00
Sundays: from 09:00 to 15:00
School vacations and public holidays: from 09:00 to 19:00
- From April 1, 2026 to November 2026: from 10:00 to 20:00 daily.

Please note that the wellness center is only for adults aged 16 years and above from 18:00.

Great place, but could be much better with small changes.
Pros:

The location, the buildings and the staff were lovely.

Cons:

Our room was quite tired, it had several cosmetic issues and the WiFi did not work. Also, the restaurant prices were Very expensive

La disposition de la chambre aux 2 lits individuels dans les écuries en faisait un lieu de passage sans aucune intimité ...plus type corridor que réelle 2eme chambre
Le prix de l eau en bouteille 5 euros le demi litre c est assez élevé pour de l eau
Les horaires piscine qui auraient ete grandioses si c était de 8h a minuit ou au moins 22h en ces périodes de fortes chaleurs
L entrée de l espace wellness pas adapté aux personnes a mobilité reduite

A lovely place to stay for a visit to the Ardennes region.
Pros:

The Chateau is an exceptional building in a quiet location. The hotel is beautifully furnished and presented, with comfortable bedrooms and a fabulous dining room. The hotel is also surrounded by lovely gardens grounds.

Cons:

The hotel is quite difficult to find using satnav, and the access road is poorly surfaced. The restaurant was not open (because it was Mother's Day), and it was quite a long drive to the nearest outside restaurant.

Prachtige accommodatie. Omgeving is in de zomer het prachtigst maar accomodatie dan oncomfortabel door gebrek airco. Kam

Locatie is werkelijk prachtig. Het kasteel is prachtig, kamers mooi, badkamer wel erg klein.
Grootste probleem is dat er geen airco is. Met temperaturen vanaf 24 graden buiten is het niet te doen in de kamers. Dat maakt je verblijf echt een stuk oncomfortabeler.

Le cadre était très beau.
Le petit déjeuner délicieux et le restaurant et le bar très très bien. De très bon produit régionaux. Restaurant et et bar au top au niveau qualité prix
