Rooms with jacuzzi and fireplace
At the dinner, they didn’t have the items we ordered from the menu. ( beer and chicken )
Nice staff. Guided nature/birding walk was really pleasant. Other trails were closed at the time of our visit.
Terrible restaurant on-site. (Breakfasts are ok.) No dining options near by because the hotel is down a single lane dirt road. No refrigerators (one of the 23 cabins has a fridge).

The road to access the property specially as you get close to the main entrance, needs to be fixed.

El trato amable de todo el personal, las habitaciones, la comida del restaurante, el ambiente del bosque nuboso. El personal era atento a cada detalle, realmente marcaron una excelente experiencia.

In a word, heaven. The only characteristic that rivaled the natural beauty was the friendly, attentive staff. Costa Rica is known for its hospitable, friendly people, but the staff here take it to a new level! I am truly grateful for all their generous attention and care.
If I had to nitpick, and I am nitpicking, my pillow was a bit harder than I usually like. But I’m a sucker for a soft pillow so it might not be an issue for most people.
