El trato amable de todo el personal, las habitaciones, la comida del restaurante, el ambiente del bosque nuboso. El personal era atento a cada detalle, realmente marcaron una excelente experiencia.

In a word, heaven. The only characteristic that rivaled the natural beauty was the friendly, attentive staff. Costa Rica is known for its hospitable, friendly people, but the staff here take it to a new level! I am truly grateful for all their generous attention and care.
If I had to nitpick, and I am nitpicking, my pillow was a bit harder than I usually like. But I’m a sucker for a soft pillow so it might not be an issue for most people.

Super expérience. Hotel de qualité, service au top. Une mention spéciale pour la cheminée dans la chambre qui ajoute un charme exceptionnel au lieu. Super massage ! L’ambiance général de l’hôtel nous transporte hors du temps. Les cocktails étaient très bon.
La partie restauration pourrait être améliorée à la hauteur du lieu.
Breakfast and food were great. It is a beautiful spot. Great birding and exceptional birding guide. Our room looked out into the cloud forest. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It was great. We will go again.
