Cons:

The air conditioning was terrible; even after running all night, the room didn’t cool down at all – it was sweltering. The service was awful too. Although we’d arranged the day before that someone would arrive at 3 o’clock, and they’d assured us someone would definitely be there at 3, the next day they came up with all sorts of excuses, saying they wouldn’t arrive until 4. As a result, we ended up waiting nearly two hours without being given a room number. Although the room was spacious, the facilities and service were not up to the standard of such a large room.

En i personalen, Chris var väldigt hjälpsam och kunde väldigt bra engelska. Bra läge. Stort rum.

Cons:

Toaletten stod och rann hela tiden vilket väsnades så det var svårt att sova. Toalettpapper fick vi be om varje dag, ett halvt dygn saknade vi el och vatten. Inte städning varje dag. Vi fick be om nya glas och muggar. Kylen var inte kall vilket var viktigt för oss som skulle förvara insulin i den. AC:n hade lagt av så vi fick in en portabel och det var iofs bra men den väsnades otroligt mkt. Wifi funkade knappt. Ingen i receptionen mellan 18-09 vilket vi fått info om men när saker inte fungerade eller saknades så hade man behövt ha någon där.

Good location but wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

Great location in the central part of Rome and easy 15min walk from the train station.

Cons:

Unfortunately disappointed as the photos did not represent the condition of the room. Duck tape on bed frame, noisey air conditioner, furniture needed repair and bathroom needed a good clean.

Location, location, location

Cons:

Property was supposed to be luxury, but everything about it just screamed motel six. The headboard was peeling. The shower didn’t have a door and it was a very big room but a lot of empty space it was a fine establishment, but it just felt a little weird.

Spacious apartment which had everything we needed for our stay.

Cons:

The air conditioning was inadequate. It was installed underneath a window, and you could only feel the cool air if you sat directly in front of the unit. It did not cool the room effectively, making it uncomfortable, especially in warm weather.
