Amazing!!!
Pros:

The location is amazing. Very central and everything from here is 15-20 minutes max. The staff was very sweet and helpful. Marco and Thomas were especially helpful with everything. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Overall great experience. Highly recommend everyone to book this property!

Odalar aşırı küçük, hareket etmek mümkün değil. Temiz havaya açılan pencere yok. Koridora açılan pencereye çok basit bir perde koymuşlar ve tüm ışık içeride..Klima direk üzerinize geliyor, hasta olmamak mümkün değil

Hanoi a City of Life
Pros:

Staff and location. It was awesome. The behaviour of the staff is excellent always helpful and smiling faces. The Beer Street starts from there so a vibrant neighbourhood in the evening, even if you don't go anywhere you can feel the vibe. SPA is good. Lots of Restaurant and Street food nearby throughout the night. I stayed there with my family , the age of my daughter 7 and my father 70. Hanoi is for all and this Hotel is also for all.

Cons:

There is a programming issue in lift, which is not a bigger one but needs correction. Pre payment options must be there so that one can enjoy in full once they reach there.
