Fijne tussenstop gehad in dit hotel. Heel fijn dat personeel zo behulpzaam en klantgericht is.

Mooie kamer en hotel lag lekker centraal in old quarter

ontbijt had handig geweest, maar van tevoren was bekend dat dit niet kon, dus geen probleem

מקום נחמד במיקום מעולה
Pros:

חזרנו ללילה אחרון באותו מלון שהיינו.
מיקום טוב במרכז העיר

Cons:

קבלנו את אותו החדר שבו היינו בפעם הקודמת
שהוא צפוף ל- 4.
ויש בעיית ניקוז של המים במקלחת
בבוקר נאלצנו להתארגן בלי חשמל ולעשות צ׳ק אווט. כשחזרנו לאסוף את המזוודות הייתה תחושה שרק רוצים שנלך.
ודווקא בפעם הראשונה הצוות היה יותר אדיב

Great relaxed stay, kind staff, super location
Pros:

Very happy with my stay here on few occasions whilst in Hanoi. Great location, clean hotel and very helpful hospitable staff. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. In particular many thanks to Marco and reception and concierge staff. Also if you want a massage defo have it at the hotel. I wish I did more massages through the hotel. Would be happy to come back when in Hanoi.

Cons:

I liked everything, however property could take down furniture kept on stairs. Just a precaution for emergency exit. Not a complaint, but a constructive feedback.

L'hôtel est très bien placé et le personnel est au petit soin ! Rapport qualité prix excellent !

Cons:

Attention proche des activités nocturnes, l'isolation est bonne mais pour les personnes sensibles cela pourrait être dérangeant !

Отличное местоположение в центре ночной жизни. Очень внимательный персонал. Соотношение цена /качество отличное, но учтите , что в фойе массажный салон ) это не беспокоило, но забавно.

Die Lage vom Hotel ist super, direkt im old quarter, alles ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit, immer gut gelaunt und steht für alle Fragen offen. Auch bei der Buchung von Ausflügen sind sie behilflich. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber.

Cons:

Nachts kann es etwas laut werden, daher Oropax nicht vergessen!
