I had a very pleasant stay at The Capital Hotel. The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere, an excellent location, and a comfortable environment. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. I particularly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience, and I would be happy to stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for your hospitality.

Cons:

I don't recommend this hotel for maybe Arab people because they have big bags. I don't recommend if they have two bags at the room. It doesn't fit at all. You cannot move. Also there is squeezing in the door because the door was very old, and other things is very good.

Чудовий готель, до якого хочеться повернутися!

Найбільше нам сподобалося ідеальне розташування — у самому серці Knightsbridge, поруч із Harrods, чудовими ресторанами та магазинами. Водночас у готелі дуже затишно й спокійно.

Помешкання було бездоганно чистим, комфортним і добре обладнаним. Окремо хочеться відзначити персонал: усі надзвичайно привітні і уважні.

Хочеться відзначити окремо бар і сніданки — усе дуже свіже та дуже високої якості. Приємна атмосфера, чудова подача й уважне обслуговування зробили кожен ранок особливим.

Bagno terribile, molto piccolo, assolutamente non adeguato.
Materasso e cuscini improponibili.
