- ريحه السجاد مغسول
- فلسفة تسجيل الدخول حتى لو فيه غرفة فاضية يخلونك تنتظر الين تقرب على الساعة 12
- ما اشوفه يستاهل السعر ، ممكن بنفس السعر تلقى شيء ارتب
- فيه صوت ازعاج مثل الدريل شغال على طول غالباً من دكت المكيف

The Spanish gentleman at the Concerige is amazing forgot his name

Cons:

Slow service in the breakfast, I had to wait one hour for scrambled egg ?! While it was only 2 tables beside at the restaurant, you must look into your kitchen staff.
Also I’m waiting the accommodation invoice and sent serval emails and no action, and duty manager send me email tell we have sent it before instead of just sending it or forwarding whatever he sent, why I would ask for the invoice if I have received it, no logic reply honestly

I will never stay again at this hotel for sure !!!

Th only posistive things I can say are the breakfast and the location. The rest was very weak !

Cons:

Room decoration, air conditioning was very bad. Bathroom was very small ans was bad smelling... !!! I had to close the air conditionning during our stay at 32C !!! The operating sound of the air conditionning was very disturbing and high, and woperating for nothing... Not ccoling at all !! We had to let open the windows during the night and woke up at 5.00am due to the outside sounds... When I asked to change our room, front desk replied me that all the rooms air conditioning are same... Having such an unqualified room to this price !!!

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely keep Capital Hotel in mind for our next trip.
Pros:

We arrived quite early and were offered an upgrade for a room that was ready, for 50£ a night, on a floor that had just been renovated. It was so nice to be able to checkin immediately in a very comfortable and pretty room, very much worth the extra money. We found the location excellent as well.

Cons:

The bathroom door closed automatically, had to keep it open with a bin.
