These rooms offer 20 sqm of space, located in the main hotel and our modern annex.

From Bell men to Concierge, the staff was always available & happily shared their knowledge & time.
Pros:

Exceptional staff. Kind, helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Tom Brown at the Capital menu was disappointing but the staff was impeccable.

A Great Place to Stay in the heart of Knightsbridge
Pros:

The hotel is very well located close to Harrods and the Knightsbridge Tube station. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel is very quiet and I was able to sleep well. I enjoyed the breakfast selection as well. Staff were very attentive and helpful.

Cons:

There wasn't anything that I wasn't happy with.

Pros:

Excellent staff. Spacious room. Appreciated having a bath tub.

The decor in our section of the hotel is a little tired.

Good room. Good welcome from reception staff.

Cons:

The bar. They did not have the first 2 bottles we asked for. It was expensive. It was hard to get staff's attention even though there were 3 staff and we were their only customers.

Exceptional warm staff, spacious newly renovated, steps to Harrods on a quiet neighborhood street.
Pros:

Intimate hotel, newly renovated steps to Harrods, great restaurants. Michlen star restaurant within hotel. Everything was perfect! Most of all the staff. Years of professional experience, their pleasure is making sure clients have absolutely everything they need.

We had a great stay. The hotel is small and personal and the location could not be better. I highly recommend!
Pros:

Location was perfect, we also had a car and the parking was just a few steps away. Very convenient. Staff was incredibly friendly and my daughter and I loved the floor heating in the bathroom.

Cons:

My daughter and I are tall Scandinavians and it was a quite small room. Smaller than I had anticipated. We were told that half of the hotel was renovated but unfortunately not our part. Would have been nice to have seen/stay the updated rooms.
