Die Nähe zum Bahnhof ist komfortabel.

Überbuchung und unfreundlicher Umgang
Cons:

Wir hatten 8 Doppelzimmer gebucht. Beim Check-in wurden uns zunächst nur 6 Doppelzimmer zugeteilt. Erst nach einer Diskussion erhielten wir ein weiteres Doppelzimmer. Am Ende bekamen wir jedoch nur 7 Doppelzimmer und 1 Einzelzimmer.

Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich und patzig. Uns wurde die bereits ausgehändigte Zimmerkarte wieder abgenommen und mit einem Hausverbot gedroht. Als Ausgleich erhielten wir lediglich die zusätzlich benötigte Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Die Bettwäsche roch unangenehm und wirkte auf uns nicht frisch. Insgesamt ein sehr enttäuschender Umgang mit Gästen. Keine Empfehlung.

Trotz angegebener Klimaanlage war diese defekt,Kühlschrank auch ohne Funktion,bei 30 Grad Zimmertemperatur sehr ärgerlich, Sauberkeit könnte etwas höher sein

Ich musste 2 mal das Zimmer wechseln, im ersten ging die Klimanalage nicht, im zweiten konnte man die Tür nicht schließen. Zudem waren die Zimmer heruntergekommen. Das dritte und letzte Zimmer in welchem ich für die Woche dann untergebracht wurde wies erhebliche Mängel auf. Die Klimaanlage konnte nur vom Personal gesteuert werden, der Föhn war defekt, der Safe war defekt, der Kühlschrank ging ebenfalls nicht. An den Fenstern kommt die Dämmung/Folie heraus. Das Bett ist abgenutz, die Tische sowie Wände und Polster hatten Flecken und unter der Matraze lagen Kondome. Meine Beschwerde wurde mit einem „das kann ich verstehen, dass sie sich ärgern“ abgetan
