Very enjoyable once we got a parking space. Easy walking from hotel down to beach and old high stree

Gem, well worth a stay.
Pros:

The hotel was in a perfect location for the Zig Zag path and the beach. 10 to 15 min walk to the town centre. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Our room (319) faced out onto the park at the rear of the hotel which was very quiet. Great nights sleep in a very comfy Queen bed. Plenty of tea and coffee as well. We didn't eat breakfast or dinner at the hotel as we met friends in town. We will definitely be returning.

Pros:

Breakfast was very nice and the waiter was particularly friendly and helpful, the downstairs to the hotel is very nicely decorated

Cons:

The "cosy double" was very very small, it was myself and my 7 year old daughter staying for 1 night and it felt very cramped. Parking was at an additional cost and too was the breakfast which made it rather expensive

We would not stay here again
Pros:

Location, Air Conditioning, Kettle for tea/coffee.

Cons:

The room was a Cosy Double Room but we did not expect the double bed to be pushed against the wall and into the corner of the room making it difficult for the person sleeping against the wall to get into and out of the bed, and without disturbing my spouse. The internal plasterboard walls had no acoustic insulation so we could hear every noise from the neighbouring room. Also, when the toilet was flushed in the room above we would hear the noise. Parking was also more difficult than expected.
