Sehr zu empfehlen
Pros:

Very good
Pros:

Breakfast was very good plenty to choose from. Our room was small but comfortable and very clean.
The staff were very helpful and excellent at their job.

Cons:

The only criticism is that the lift was very small and only 2 people could use it at a time,
Sometimes it took a long time to come to our floor (we were on the. 3rd floor.

Comfortable bed, decent sized room and pleasant staff
Pros:

Excellent location for overnight stay prior to early tunnel crossing

Cons:

A very old lift that only took one person with a suitcase at a time and was definitely past its sell by date.

Pros:

Great location on The Leas. Newly refurbished, comfortable rooms. Perfect stay with our toddler.

Cons:

The lift was very small - only just fitted in a stroller (fine if collapsed). Parking opposite also gets full early but we found a carpark a 5 min walk away

Good and comfortable.
Pros:

Location was not as shown in photos. The hotel is on the side of a beach area. One needs to climb down many steps and walk 15 minutes to reach the sea.

Cons:

Its not a beach front property. Beach is on the side of the hotel.

Excellent location for events at Lea Cliffs Hall.
Fantastic breakfast with lovely staff.

Cons:

Slightly chaotic check in but forgivable on a bank holiday weekend.

A very nice 2 night stay here. Delicious food, warm & welcoming staff, good location
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming & friendly & the location was good too. We paid extra to have breakfast, definitely worth it, lots of choice & very nice! We also had dinner at the restaurant one evening, which again I’d recommend, delicious! The hotel also had a nice bar area & outdoor seating space to enjoy a drink. The room was very pleasant, bright & spacious with a view over the garden & a modern bathroom. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The only thing I could say would be that the floor above our room was very creaky & did wake me up one morning

Fantastic spot -- great location, wonderful room with a beautiful view!
Pros:

We had a wonderful seaside room with a great view. The bed was super comfy, the staff were good, the room was roomy, clean and well maintained. The price, location and the view were all exceptional! It was a 10 minute walk from the train station. Close to restaurants and all that Folkestone has to offer! Would stay there again.
