De Bogotá a Lima en moto

La atención de Charlotte y Jean Paul es fabulosa. Nos apoyaron con todo y nos hicieron sentir en casa. Al llegar parecía haber un inconveniente con la.cochera y Charlotte nos dio muchas soluciones con un humor fascinante. La casa es muy amplia y podrán conocer a muchas personas. Nos sentimos cómodos y muy tranquilos con la seguridad del vecindario y de nuestra moro

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca restaurantes, farmacias, supermercados y paraderos.

Cons:

La habitación que habíamos reservado estaba sucia, habia polvo, pelos, incluso restos de comida. También encontramos un pelo de dudosa procedencia en la cama. Cuando le pedimos al administrador que nos cambiara de habitación, accedió a entregarnos una más grande y comoda respetando el precio. Sin embargo, el baño compartido y la cocina estaban constantemente sucios.
Solicitamos en booking cambiar nuestra reserva de 4 anoches a 1 debido a que el lugar no era como esperabamos, pero esta solicitud fue rechazada por el alojamiento.

La habitacion con dos camas y baño compartido no tiene camas cómodas.

Our hosts were great!!!especially Charlotte 🥰 My son was sick when we arrived and she was very understanding, even though we made some mess. Thank you again!!! The whole house is very nice and our room and bathroom clean and comfortable. We had to stay two nights instead of one and it was also no problem. If you want to get to know Peruvian hospitality with really good people, book Casa Verde in Lima. Thank you so much!
