The exceptionally friendly staff, the wonderful food, great room (always clean daily) the hospitality from everyone, the 24 hr coffee and of course, we LOVED the traditional Chinese architecture ( the whole street is exuding culture)
Uht milk and that’s a minor issue
The staff were excellent, spoke good English and we're super helpful in organising trips for us
The location is excellent and it was easy to get around by metro or didi.
We extended our stay with no problem and we enjoyed the clean facilities.
The free laundry service was good but don't expect ironed just tumble dry

We loved FRANK , the hotel manager. He is truely amazing. He is Mr. Can do that come with “what is best I can do for you attitude”. He is lovely as a person too.
Everything else you can read from other reviews, I can only confirm that what you read and the pictures you saw on the website are genuine.

No tiene ascensor, no obstante hay un conserje muy amable que te sube las maletas

Everything ! The staff was incredibly polite and accommodating. The food was fantastic. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The location was less than a five minute walk from the metro. There was a park across the street, which was very nice to walk around. Overall, a very nice day.

The hotel staff were all amazing and went above and beyond. We loved the authenticity of this hotel. The location was great, near a metro station so was easy to get about. The room was spacious with free Dove toiletries. Free coffee was provided throughout your stay and the breakfast was better than any 5☆ hotel we have stayed in China. There was also a microwave to use. The free wine and fruit basket on arrival was a lovely touch as was the free laundry service.
