Excellent stay with amazing staff and nice, clean rooms.
Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at Wenjun Courtyard hotel. Staff answered question and was proactive in helping to organize our trip prior to arriving- and the staff continued to be wonderful our whole stay. The rooms was very nice, everything was very clean, the comfortable beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was nice, but the restaurant food we had for dinner one of the evenings was great. Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu!

Cons:

I have no complaints about this place. Everything - the room, the staff, the food, the location, etc - was wonderful. If I make it back to Chengdu, I will stay there again.

Warm and welcoming atmosphere
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. The hotel has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere and is located on what is probably one of the most beautiful streets in Chengdu. The traditional architecture with the lovely balconies creates a unique and charming setting.

The owner is incredibly kind, caring, and always willing to help, which made us feel truly welcome. We also really appreciated that laundry service was included. Breakfast was good, with enough variety to start the day well.

Thank you for such a lovely stay!

Cons:

The only small thing to keep in mind is that the rooms don't get much natural light because the windows are quite small. If having a bright, sun-filled room is very important to you, this is something to consider. For us, however, it did not take away from the overall experience.

Totul. Dar în mod deosebit personalul. Nu am întâlnit nicăieri în lume oameni atât de calzi și buni. In mod deosebit Frank, managerul, ne-a ajutat permanent cu totul, a făcut orice sa ne simțim bine.. In plus, personalul vorbește perfect limba engleza.

員工Juliya、Emma、Lareina、Zach和Joey 都非常的親切，對於老人小孩都非常有善，非常推薦。
地點位置方便、飯店古色古香很有特色、免費洗衣、餐點好吃、還幫忙協助安排機場接送和購買川劇門票並帶路指引，值得再入住的好飯店！

Es gibt nichts was mich mehr befriedigen hätte können.
Pros:

Das Personal war wirklich überfreundlich und hat einem jeden Wunsch von den Lippen gelesen. Der Aufenthalt war erfüllt von Harmonie und ich würde jedem empfehlen dieses Hotel bei einem Aufenthalt in Chengdu in betracht zu ziehen.

В целом рекомендую данный отель. Отличный персонал и отличное местоположение.
Pros:

Безумно понравился персонал в отеле, который помогал решить любой вопрос и любую ситуацию. На все вопросы старались все максимально точно и быстро помочь. Персонал однозначно хвалю. Также местоположение отеля мне показалось хорошим, рядом расположенное метро, отличный парк.

Cons:

Мне показались скучными завтраки. Выбор блюд был скуден и невелик.
