Pros:

Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji, pokoje w pełni wyposażone, przestronne. Blisko hotelu wiele atrakcji Chengdu. Personel przemiły, uśmiechnięty, wszyscy mówiący biegle po angielsku i bardzo pomocni. Joey świetnie się spisał w organizacji jednodniowych wycieczek, biletów do opery, wyczerpująco odpowiadał na wszelkie pytania. Śniadania bardzo dobre. Skorzystaliśmy również z ekspresowej usługi darmowego prania. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Gratulacje i podziękowania dla Franka i całej załogi!

El personal del hotel fue muy agradable y eficiente.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado de la habitación generaba aún más humedad, las sábanas y almohada húmedas,casi mojadas,mi ropa y pelo también,y si lo apagabas,igual o peor por el calor. No pude dormir en toda la noche.
Y un olor a incienso terrible,irrespirable.
Una pena,porque sino la valoración de lo demás hubiera sido mejor.

Soggiorno a Chengdu
Pros:

Splendida struttura situata vicino il teatro opera culturale del Sichuan e anche vicino la metro. Le camere sono molto carine e complete di ogni confort. Anche l’atrio e i servizi sono perfetti. Tutto molto pulito e lo staff è veramente fantastico.

Una chicca nel centro di Chengdu
Pros:

Staff molto gentile e disponibile; succo di benvenuto; camera pulita ; pur essendo arrivati nel tardo pomeriggio ci hanno fatto la lavatrice pronta per la sera stessa ; molto carino architettonicamente e colazione molto buona .

E’ stata una bellissima sorpresa ! Dall’ architettura dell hotel alla posizione senza dimenticare la gentilezza e professionalità dei ragazzi dello staff . Si trova a pochi passi dalla kuanzhay alley . Se passate a chengdu non potete non soggiornarvi . Consiglio vivamente

Una bella atmosfera
Pros:

Posizione perfetta! Ambiente accogliente e architettura tipica creano proprio una bella atmosfera. Colazione molto buona. C’è piaciuta tanto anche la cena nella corte dell’hotel, tutto buonissimo. Davvero graditi il tè pomeridiano e il latte la sera, oltre al succo e alla frutta offerti all’arrivo. Staff preparato e sempre molto disponibile. Consigliato!

Уютный отель. Чувствуешь себя как дома. Приятный персонал, на день рождения получил сувенир и подписанную открытку.
Понравилась удобная локация: рядом метро, 3 остановки до Chunxi Road-главной туристической торговой улицы города. Стоимость поездки 2 юаня. Такси тоже очень дешевое (через Didi). В 5-7 минутах пешком от отеля оживлённый квартал с кафе, магазинами, вечерним шоу.
В стоимость отеля входит стирка, трансфер из аэропорта. Персонал помогает решить любой вопрос: от заказа еды и товаров на местных маркетплейсах до урегулирования проблем с размещением в отелях других городов (прекрасный английский язык).
Еда на завтрак вкусная, но с китайским колоритом.
Рекомендую на выходе из отеля налево дойти до конца улицы и свернуть за угол налево. Там уютный чайный дом. Можно заказать чайную церемонию. Тихая, спокойная атмосфера, гораздо уютнее и дешевле, чем в туристических местах. Любителям хотпота рекомендуем ресторан направо из отеля до конца улицы (200м).

Wonderful place to stay, high level reasonable prices.
Pros:

I really travel a lot for business and I easily recognise a hotel when is perfect.This is the case of the Wenjun Courtyard at Chengdu.
Room are perfect, cleaned and equipped with all the things could be appreciated by the customers. Staff is high skilled both for language and professionalism, kind and smart people really oriented to make you the main interest.
Lots of compliments must be spent also for the restaurant, the waitress and the chef…Delicious food cooked by experienced hands.
Buildings is amazing, unique and historical.
There is a man to take your luggage up and down that is a real added value,a special person.
We loved them!!

Wonderful stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! A special thanks to Frank, who went above and beyond when we had an early morning trip to the Chengdu Panda Base before breakfast opened. He kindly let us order dishes from the in-house restaurant menu the day before, had them prepared, and ensured they were hot and ready for us in the morning as a courtesy.

Huge thanks to Juliya, Emma, Lareina, Zach, and Joey for their fantastic service and hospitality—you all made our trip so seamless and pleasant. Highly recommended!
