Pros:

The check in worked well, staff everywhere we're courteous and helpful. The restaurants and food was top notch

Cons:

The window in my room had an opaque film on it which blocked outside view, giving the room a claustrophobic effect. Rooms are old and need immediate attention. A huge dead cockroach was found in the bathroom.

Pros:

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. The rooms were not properly maintained, cleanliness was below expectations, and the overall service was poor. The staff was unresponsive and did not address our concerns in a timely or satisfactory manner. Basic amenities were either missing or not functioning properly, making the stay uncomfortable. The experience was far from what was promised during booking. Considering the quality of service and facilities, the hotel does not offer good value for money. I hope the management takes serious steps to improve its standards and guest experience.
