Cons:

Towels were poor quality, towel holder is wobbly, a window blind needs repairs, does not roll up. No foot towel provided. Toilet needs renovation. Hair dryer does not work.

Was too tired to argue. Won't stay here again.

Its proximity to Makati Med and good places to eat and the Sunday Market. The replacement units were nice but small.

We were looking for a place to stay near Makati Med and found this place, the photos seemed nice, however, when we got there there, the place was in shamble and it was filthy! We were placed at 2 different units by the contact person at no added cost since it was really late we stayed on

Cons:

J’ai demandé le service de blanchisserie. Le prix était de 350pesos. Je leur ai donné 500 et il ne m’ont jamais rendu la monnaie malgré avoir réclamé 3 fois. Je trouve cela assez honteux car à chaque fois ils me disaient plus tard pour que je baisse les bras. Pour cela je ne recommande pas du tout ce Condo du à l’attitude malhonnête du propriétaire

Cons:

Aircon is window type and is pointing directly to your head when you are in bed.
PLEASE install blackout curtains, since is all the wall a glass you can’t sleep once the sun is up

Excellent space!
Pros:

Lovely little room
with a small balcony with a great view! Beautiful parks just below the condo with lots of trees to enjoy and the parks themselves are delightful. One is kind of family oriented and the other is an oasis of garden green, complete with
a small clean stream. Both parks are well maintained and clean and safe. The whole of the surrounding area is amazingly clean, even the gutters of the street are clean. It's a good location as well, close to very nice restaurants and the mall is a ten minute walk. I would happily stay there again. I spent hours in the late afternoon taking pictures of the buildings and the distant clusters of far off buildings clustered on the horizon. The concierge at the front and other attendants were also polite and helpful. Great place I can highly recommend.

The building is walking distance from Greenbelt and directly across the street from 2 very nice parks.
Also near so many restaurants and food options.
Check in out process hassle free.
Theentire stay couldn't have gone any better.
