Eclectic Meets Retro
Pros:

The place had the coolest vibe by far. Eclectic meets retro for sure. Outside our door was one of many amazing pieces of musical artwork with this one being of the group Chicago's "17" poster. Our stay was for our 17th wedding anniversary and we thought this was an unexpected nice touch and inside the room was a poster from the Spoleto music festival which my wife participated in back in the day as well.....

Cons:

Could use a box of tissues and working porch/deck lights, both very minor things compared to our overall wonderful stay!

Pros:

The atmosphere was GREAT! The room was cool and relaxing once I arrived. I loved that the TV ws playing the instrumental jazz which I left on the entire visit. The bathroom was spotless. Plenty of towels and washcloths. The bed was just right!! Location and walk to the beach were great.

Cons:

Invest in a dolly so customer can put their luggage on to go to their rooms. I was visiting by myself and had a lot of bags to lug out my car into the elevator. a Dolly would have been a great help.

We will not book this location again.
Pros:

The room was clean and beds comfortable.

Cons:

The location was 4 blocks from the beach. Parking was not on sight, we had to park down the road in a dirt parking lot. There was no ac in the bathroom, just a fan. Therefore, making the bathroom miserable when taking a shower or blow drying hair. I feel as if the price was way out of range for the location and amenities.

It’s fine. I’m much prefer to rent a modest cottage during my stays there at Folly.

More towels for longer stays. We tend to shower more at the beach. A few small rugs to make the floor a bit more comfortable. The bed was great!

Right in the middle of EVERYTHING! Once car was parked, in the assigned area, never had to go back to it. The short short walk to the beach and all entertainment was very enjoyable and NICE. WAS NOT A FORMAL FEEL OF AN HIGH EXPENSIVE LIFT YOUR PINCKY KINDA HOTEL BUT IF REALLY NICE. GAVE ME THE FEELING THAT I WAS AT THE BEACH TO HAVE A GREAT TIME, WHICH WE DID.

Cons:

No clock in the room, that's it....lol

Great stay with some minor obstacles
Pros:

Location close to bars and Beach. Room was very comfortable.

Cons:

No Ice machine in the building. Balcony right in front of a Gas Station. Low Water pressure in the shower.

Booking procedure is a nightmare.
