Pros:

Amazing place with two swimming pools shared between only a handful of guests. Comfortable bedrooms and a nice breakfast. A luxury experience in the middle of Merida.

Very romantic and comfortable stay for our couple, lots of positive memories.
Pros:

Hotel is like a little Italy. It was very enchanting and comfortable stay.
We liked view on a pool, decor and art in a hotel.
We liked sitting for breakfast in a morning.
The staff was very attentive to all our needs.

Cons:

This is a hard one. We have nothing to complain about.
The closet in a room didn't keep doors closed and they kept opening.
Then again this was old wooden furniture - beautiful but doors and locks have been worn over many years.

Une parenthèse reposante en plein cœur de Merida
Pros:

La beauté du lieu décoré avec soin dans un style victorien et authentique, les 2 piscines, le calme, le bar et le cocktail de bienvenue, la proximité des points d’intérêts du centre-ville (10-15min à pied des lieux emblématiques de Mérida)

great rooms, nice pool, special style, fantastic barkeeper lady mixed great cocktails

Cons:

location is ok, it's about 10 min walk to the centre, but we always took the car, at night the streets are not lit.

Een parel in Merida, prachtig hotel! Aanrader
Pros:

Wat een prachtig hotel met prachtige kamers. We zijn een gezin met 3 kinderen (21,19 en 17 jaar) en hadden 3 kamers. Allemaal even mooi.
Het zwembad was heerlijk, niet te warm, niet te koud. Je kon er fijn in zwemmen.
Daarnaast een suoer leuke koffie / thee hoek waar ook elke dag wat lekkers stond ( pecan koekjes, brownies etc), allemaal vers gemaakt.
Het ontbijt was heerlijk en je had genoeg keuze.
Het hotel zelf leek wel een paleis.
Het personeel was heel vriendelijk

Cons:

Eigenlijk was alles super, het enige wat het nog beter gemaakt zou kunnen hebben was een koelkast op de kamer.
