המלון והחדר נקיים. הצוות מסביר פנים. מלון שקט ואווירה נעימה בלובי ובחצר. שידרגו אותנו לחדר דלוקס אבל שילמנו 1000 שקל לילה אחד בסופש לזוג, עם ארוחת בוקר. ב תחילת יוני.

בחדר, שהיה דה לוקס, אין ארון לבגדים. הרחוב לא חסום בשבת אבל היו בו קצת מהומות עם חרדים שצעקו שבס.
הארוחת בוקר אינה בופה ומחייבת שיפור, ציפינו ליותר במחיר הזה.

The overall hospitality of the staff made it a pleasure to stay
Pros:

The staff were amazing, excellent hospitality. The breakfast was superb and catered for both my daughter and my food choices. I loved the location and the history of the building. A little updating would make the interior feel cleaner, but as we want to stay there again, I think that sums it up

Nice and clean, central location, nice lobby, coffee and tea 24h in the lobby, nice staff. Nice breakfast.

Cons:

Parking was a problem. The description on booking.com of the parking is not accurate (davidka parking for 90 nis per day). The actual parking was in the municipality parking lot, 10min walk, 240 nis for 2 days, and it is closed on Saturday. No bar or restaurant in the hotel, only breakfast.

Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment mémorable dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait, de l'accueil chaleureux à la propreté irréprochable de notre chambre. Un grand coup de cœur pour les petits-déjeuners qui étaient excellents et variés. C'est un endroit où l'on se sent bien immédiatement, et nous avons déjà hâte d'y revenir !

Cons:

Nous tenions aussi à remercier l'équipe pour sa réactivité : malgré une première nuit un peu compliquée à cause d'un souci de chauffage, nous avons été relogés dès le lendemain dans une chambre plus grande, sans aucun frais supplémentaire. Ce geste commercial a été très apprécié et montre un vrai sens du service client.
