Resumo é um hotel bom principalmente pelo custo benefício
Pros:

Limpeza, atendimento, preço

Cons:

Não gostei da Localização pois fica no centro histórico onde as ruas são extremamente sujas, escuras como se estivessem abandonadas.
Há muitos moradores de rua em torno de toda a região.
O café da manhã é razoável, deveria ter sanduicheira e o suco ser natural. O que é servido é de caixa industrializado.

A estádia foi tranquila e confortável.
Pros:

A equipe do hotel é extremamente atenciosa. O hotel é bem localizado e de fácil acesso. Os quartos são bem divididos e confortáveis. O café da manhã é muito bom também.

Cons:

Ao redor do hotel é muito soturno. Precisamos ter cuidado ao andar pela rua, principalmente nos fins de semana e início da noite. Este é o único ponto que tive mais atenção.

Péssima experiência
Pros:

Apenas dois funcionários educados e bem preparados: um homem e uma mulher que trabalham no período noturno na recepção. Ele, mais novo e ela de meia idade. Todos os demais são mal preparados e mal educados.

Cons:

De tudo.
Recebemos um quarto com odor fortíssimo de coco, ao questionarmos fomos super mal tratadas pelos funcionários.
Descompromisso como horário de servir o café da manhã.
Funcionários despreparados para resolver situações básicas, além de mal educados, exceto pelos dois supracitados.

Super abaixo das expectativas

Cons:

Café da manhã super baixo nível, bolos velhos e secos, nada demais, baixa qualidade e opções. Quarto terrivelmente mau iluminado, poucas luzes e ainda amarelas que não clareiam nem de dia. Não fornecia nem água quente para fazer um mama para meu filho. Cama muito macia que quando um se mexia o outro acordava. Cortinas que não isolavam a claridade.
