Pros:

Nada.

Cons:

O quarto estava com vasamento no vaso sanitário. Além do chão alagado, o cheiro era terrível. O hotel não nos ofereceu outra acomodação. Recomendaram que mudássemos de hotel, no meio da noite, sem nenhum apoio. Além disso, a energia ficava caindo o tempo todo.

Do atendimento da funcionária Samanta. Salvou a hospedagem através de uma atitude profissiona e proativa.

Cons:

Instalações velhas, janela do banheiro suja e emperrada. Inicialmente não funcionou nem televisão nem ar condicionado. Lençóis mofados. Após três reclamações ao funcionário da portaria o mesmo disse que o pessoal da manutenção já tinha ido embora e que eu teria que aguardar até a manhã seguinte. Detalhe: a hospedagem era somente por uma noite.

Atendimento bem mediano, solicitei toalhas extras duas vezes pois estavamos em duas pessoas e não fomos autênticos. Quartos bem comuns, café da manhã simples sem variedade e até o básico pão e frios era fraco.Por um valor semelhante existe outra opção melhor localizado em frente a este.
