This is not a negative actually but the airconditioner at the living room needs to be maintained as it was not that cold
AC was very hot, place wasn't clean and there were 2 cockroach roaming around. Wouldn't suggest to others. Booked for 3 nights, ended up leaving 3 hrs after check in. The entrance going up to the apartment looks very dodgy the elevator going up was infested with flies.
Entrance/exit to the apartment was also very difficult being you have to go uphill every time you'd want to leave the building.
It's quite bad really, I should've known better, too good to be true.
The location.
Parking, I have never seen motorcycles go up car parking levels. The car park is very narrow.
the location too close to legoland
the property is very outdated, holes on the walls and furnitures are old! the bed was very wiggly and not sturdy, bathroom very small, seems they turned a 2 bedrooms into 2 units! right next to your door is another unit and you can hear a pin drop! for the price I guess its not bad but they need to do some maintenance! no had soap no extra toilet paper! its airbnb i did not know it when i booked! the house can be more clean it was dusty specially in the kitchen. also livingroom AC is so old and doesnt cool down the place! we were sweating specially in Malaysia heat!
we also reached out to host and asked if they are able to make a reservation on behalf of us since we didn’t have access to phone and he refused, in my opinion he could have been more helpful for being a host on airbnb
Highly recommended for family stays! The hotel was amazing — all the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The location is super convenient and very close to LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort, which made travelling with kids so much easier.
The room was very comfortable and spacious, perfect for big families or those travelling with several children. The kids absolutely loved the toys provided in the room, so they were entertained the whole time. The TV also came with Netflix, which was a great bonus for relaxing at night. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again!
The property is so near Legoland and the unit is clean and at high level. It has good pool and gym facility..
It is my fault, I did not see the picture properly and did not book the room that has the slide. However the simplest room is also good.
