Property have no air condition , their second level was all out , our room
Had no ac at all they had to
Put couple of fans and at this time of year the heat was crucial . Very uncomfortable . We asked about maintenance and they said they have no maintenance.

4 von 5 tagen hat die luft-kühlung auf zweiten etage nicht funktioniert. es gab kein ersatz zimmer auf stock 1+3 und das bei bis zu 36 C.
man hat uns auch nie auf dem laufenden gehalten obwohl wir mehrere kontakte mit der rezeption hatten. wir erhielt dann am tag 2 einen luftumwälzer.
fühlten uns schlecht betreut.

Air con was broken for both days. Receptionist did his best ie offered fans and extra water. BUT we were welcomed to use the bar so we could cool down and we're charged for the drinks at check out (we insisted this was removed).
Furthermore there was no hot water on the second day.

Breakfast was not good at all.
An amazing hotel located in the centre of everything, so easy to find its location is perfect. The room was very comfortable as was the bed and all the facilities really. The breakfast was very nice but the staff were absolutely amazing, from day to evening to the late night porter. Couldn't have asked for better. Wi-fi was slow and often dropped but otherwise we were delighted with our stay.
The only draw back was the wi fi was a bit slow, otherwise I couldn't find fault with this hotel, so centrally located.
