Alloggio stupendo. Staff super cordiale, posizione ottima con vista mozzafiato. Camera pulita, bagno spazioso. La vasca idromassaggio con vista sul lago è una chicca, compreso il terrazzo con le sdraio per godersi un ottimo aperitivo con vista. La cena del ristorante dell’hotel molto buona. Soggiorno ottimo, il relax è assicurato :)

Posto bellissimo, molto tranquillo, con una panorama spettacolare sul lago Albano.
Magari rinnovare qc mobile, mettere più fiori in giardino. In resto tutto bene.

Il panorama è spettacolare, la suite magnifica. Abbiamo completamente staccato dalla vita di tutti i giorni. Un autentico paradiso
La gentilezza dell’accoglienza e la location la fanno da padrona
Staff gentilissimo, disponibile ed accogliente.
La struttura è in una posizione dominante sul lago, di fronte a Castel Gandolfo ed ha una vista magnifica.
Il ristorante è di ottimo livello.
Le aree comuni esterne erano molto piene di foglie e aghi di pino, il che rendeva meno accogliente lo spazio all’aperto.
Colazione buona.
Avendo soggiornato di passaggio solamente una notte non abbiamo utilizzato in pieno tutti i servizi.
Camera spaziosissima, arredata con un mix di mobili in stile ecclesiastico e legno.
Il rapporto qualità prezzo forse è un po’ elevato, ma nel complesso consiglierei la struttura.
Accueil de qualité, disponibilité de la personne à l'accueil et au checkout, chambre propre, vue imprenable sur le lac, solution de mise en sécurité de nos vélos trouvée sans problème, solution de parking trouvée malgré les contraintes du site et la présence de notre porte-vélo.
Le service du petit déjeuner n'était pas à la hauteur du lieu, ouverture à 8h mais tout n'était pas disponible, amabilité limitée du personnel de salle. Bruyant le soir (accueil de fêtes dans le jardin jusque vers 23h/minuit), bruit venant de la chambre d'à côté (pas très bien insonorisée). Attention: voiture indispensable pour tous les déplacements (rien ne peut se faire à pied).

Colazione migliorabile in alcuni aspetti
La vista sul lago molto suggestiva. Posizione tranquilla e silenziosa. Comoda per muoversi tre castelli romani.
Purtroppo il secondo giorno ha fatto qualche goccia e un po’ di vento nel pomeriggio e non hanno apparecchiato e servito fuori in giardino per la cena e quindi abbiamo dovuto cenare all’interno con l’aria condizionata molto alta. Altri clienti arrivati dopo che hanno insistito per mangiare fuori sono stati accontentati e da quel momento in poi tutti i clienti in arrivo sono andati fuori e la cosa c’i ha abbastanza infastidito.
Stessa cosa è successa poi la mattina seguente, perché non avevano raccolto le foglie e quindi non potevano apparecchiare fuori… Prima coppia di clienti che ha insistito è stata accontentata e di nuovo è successa la stessa cosa della sera. Veramente spiacevole
