Pros:

The single room is good, a minimum tv channels, comfortable bed and pillow. Its location is near in buying some drinks and food, 7/11, cafe and alot of people because its the hosptal vicinity. Over all is okay.

Cons:

The location of my room is bear in thel aundry section, and below is the parking area so its a bit noisy , the aircon is old so its is a noisy one. But other than that is okay.

Pros:

The property itself was neat, clean, and well-maintained. However, the road leading to the hotel needs improvement, as it was in poor condition. There was also garbage scattered along the surrounding area, which negatively affected the overall experience. Improving the access road and maintaining better cleanliness outside the property would make guests’ first impression much better.

Cons:

The amenities are available only upon request, which can be inconvenient since some essential items are not readily provided in the room. There were also no slippers provided, which would have added to the comfort of the stay.

Another downside is the absence of a refrigerator, making it difficult to store food, drinks, or medications that require refrigeration. This can be especially challenging for guests staying for several days or those traveling with children.

The staff were accommodating and responsive whenever we requested amenities. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but providing basic room amenities, including slippers and a refrigerator, would greatly improve the overall guest experience.
