They are not flexible at the property and they put My Wife in a very small room after the several days that we had occupied the rooms at your hotel and then they put her in a room with a rip curtain pretty sleazy

Would not stay again due to the unannounced ‘policies” which are not consistently dealt with

Generally the staff were courteous , but the breakfast was a poorly maintained buffet

Cons:

There was a small bloodstain on a sheet and I was charged 1000 peso for damaging company owned goods. This was stated as company policy but it does not appear on the listed policies from Booking .com Nor is it charged consistently as another time it was ignored
