good experience
Pros:

1. helpful front desk staff (esp the morning shift staff - during our stay)
2. Very generous in providing snacks and bottle water throughout the day.

Прекрасный отель
Pros:

Прекрасный небольшой отель рядом со станцией метро. От аэропорта Шоуду ехать 35-40 минут. Номер очень чистый и уютный, полностью автоматизирован, современный унитаз, шторы. Есть все для комфортного пребывания, размер не очень большой, но нам вдвоем было комфортно. Останавливались вдвоем с ребенком 9 лет.
В 7.00 утра сервировали завтрак, в 20.00 ужин. Все вкусное, есть что выбрать. Персонал приносил кофе. На этаже вазочка со снеками , можно было брать. Также есть терраса, можно завтракать и ужинать. Очень дружелюбные сотрудники! Спасибо большое, нам все очень понравилось, с удовольствием вернёмся к вам ещё!

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and the housekeeping staff was trying very hard to make us feel welcome. The room was nice and clean and the terrace was a nice bonus. The location was good - close to the metro and Sunlitun.

A superb hotel and because of the kindness and professionalism of the staff a home from home

I really loved the staff The standard of customer care is outstanding l would like to particularly highlight the excellent service provided by Ms Li at breakfast and Ms Wang a cleaner The both made me feel so welcome and as part of a family Such good kind people and excellent at their jobs I will come again just to see them The facilities food location cleanliness is superb

Un logement vraiment très confortable à Pékin : bien plus spacieux que la norme pour le prix, avec fenêtre,… à 5min à pied du métro. Vraiment très pratique ! je recommande vivement

交通方便 性价比高的酒店
Pros:

一间非常舒适的酒店，位置非常好，隔壁便是地铁站，距离只需要两分钟，员工非常有礼貌，尤其是负责早餐的李姐，她非常乐于帮助客人，尝试用英语去和客人沟通，记得每个客人早上点的饮品，我在这里住了一星期，虽然早餐选择比较少，但一份普通的早餐已经有充足的力量，房间比较细，但非常整洁，每天都会帮你更换毛巾和给你足够的食水，房间没有提供咖啡和茶点，但有冰柜。下次来北京， 我也会到这个酒店。

早餐只提供一杯咖啡 对于外国人来说，实在太少了

Pros:

Bed sheets & towels are clean. Location is superb. Very near to subway station. Would like to thank the front desk especially xiao ran 小冉 and xiaohe 小贺. Nice hospitality and thanks to all staff as well. Also not forgetting Madam Li from the breakfast station. Great service. Overall great stay! Will come back again if I ever come back to Beijing.
