Très beau séjour au bord de l’océan
Pros:

L’établissement est idéalement placé: on peut se baigner à l’océan ou à la piscine. De plus, on est à proximité d’un arrêt de bus et de nombreux restaurants.
Un spécial coup de cœur pour la salle de sport et son personnel.
Les personnes de la réception sont très polis.

Quelques soucis de propreté notamment dans la salle de bains

La ubicación y el acceso al mar

Cons:

La movilidad en el hotel, la terraza y bar de la piscina, muy austero, el lugar está desaprovechado, es una pena que estando donde está el hotel, solo se dispongan de una terracita con ruido, para poder disfrutar del entorno, alejado de la zona de piscina y del mar.

Amazing!
Pros:

Vorweg: wir hatten hier den schönsten Urlaub unseres Lebens! Dieses Hotel kann ich rundum empfehlen.
Ankommen: superfreundlicher Empfang! Auto wurde in die Tiefgarage gefahren, Koffer aufs Zimmer gebracht.
Zimmer: tolle Aussicht, große Zimmer, Balkon, gute Ausstattung, bequemes Bett, super sauber.
Zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Wein (am letzten Tag eine zweite Flasche Wein...) und ein Teller mit kleinen, süßen Köstlichkeiten.
Jeden Tag eine Flasche Wasser.
Anlage: ein Traum!!! Direkter Zugang zum Atlantik. Ansonsten saubere Pools und ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Absolut Perfekt!
Gastronomie: Besonders lecker - das Sushi aus dem Hotelrestaurant Koi. Auch die Cocktail-Bar hat uns super gefallen (oft mit angenehmer live Musik)
Das Frühstück war großartig! Ein riesiges Angebot mit frischen Leckereien, die sofort aufgefüllt werden, wenn mal was aufgebraucht ist. Klar war der Frühstücksraum auch mal sehr voll, aber man muss nie lange warten oder anstehen und sitzt sehr angenehm in einer offenen Raumgestaltung.
Service: Excellent! Tägliche Reinigung der Zimmer und nachmittags ein kleines Schokolädchen aufs Bett! Auf Wunsch täglich frische Handtücher, auch für den Spa- und Poolbereich.
Und besonders erwähnen möchte ich den freundlichen Service, uns ein paar vergessene Schuhe nachzuschicken. Wir sind heute nach Hause geflogen und da hat meine Tochter festgestellt, sie hat ihre Sportschuhe im Zimmer vergessen. Ein kurzer Mailkontakt zum Hotel hat gereicht, da kann schon ein Foto der Schuhe mit der freundlichen Ansage, wir bekämen die Schuhe nachgeschickt.

Cons:

Eigentlich Nichts, über das es sich zu meckern lohnt. Aber wenn es sein muss...
1. die Duschen sind nicht so toll. Es ist halt eine Dusche in der Badewanne und es lässt sich nicht so leicht duschen, ohne das Bad unter Wasser zu setzen.
2. Die Kopfkissen sind nicht mein Fall. Zu hart!
3. Der Kaffee! Aber vielleicht ist das Geschmackssache. Ich habe auf der ganzen Insel keinen Kaffee gefunden, der meinen extrem hohen Ansprüchen gerecht wird.

Pros:

Fantastiskt utsikt till oceanen från rummet. Rimliga rum. Bra frukost. Bra att hyra bil för att ta sig runt ön. Det finns parkering (5 euro/dygn) på hotellet.

Cons:

Flera biljard och pingisbord vore bra. Tråkig musik i baren, vore bra med mera roliga aktiviteter på kvällarna.

Pros:

De locatie was top , veel restaurants in de nabije omgeving die het zeer zeker waard waren om te bezoeken, de bediening was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam ., de kamers waren echt goed .

Cons:

Ontbijt was goed , al was de cappuccino niet lekker .geen verwarmd zwembad buiten in mei.

Pros:

L’espace piscine - très bien géré , propre et fonctionnel
Les espaces communs - vastes, propres et clairs
La vue de notre chambre au 10ème étage magnifique à couper le souffle

Cons:

Beaucoup de choses ne vont pas
Cet hôtel n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles
La Clim’ ne fonctionnait pas dans notre chambre - ni dans les espaces communs d’ailleurs - mon mari a dû se battre pour que l’on nous change en fin de chambre !
Le petit dej’ n’est pas réjouissant : mule et confitures dans de grands pots collectifs à se verser dans des ramequins
Yaourts dans des verres : aucune info sur ce que l’on mange donc !
Pain pas toujours très frais
Galettes de riz tellement vieilles qu’elles sont devenues humides
Fruits basiques genre bananes , bananes et encore bananes et quelques pommes et nectarines
Et j’en passe
Les installations dans les chambres sont vieillottes et pas toujours super propres - le matelas a bien vieilli !!!!

A very nice relaxing stay, gorgeous hotel with lovely staff. 10/10 experience.
Pros:

Stayed in lovely newly renovated room, location was perfect. Sea access and pool areas were really good. Everything was clean and staff were very kind and helpful.

Pros:

Habitación grande

Cons:

No es cinco estrellas es un cuatro con algunos empleados de una estrella. Cinco en nada. Los muebles de fornica y el baño anticuado. El parking se llena a las cinco de la tarde y el desayuno de baja calidad aunque variado. No lo recomiendo en absoluto
