The scene from inside the hotel was Amazing. The rooms and toilets were well furnished.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the Medu vadas, the banana cake,sausages and benne dosa were excellent. The masala tea and the filter coffee was also very good. Overall there was a good variety for the breakfast. The millet upma was something I tried for the first time and it was really something to write about.

Cons:

The lifts were too stretched as the wait was very long. It was also very odd to get off at the -4th floor and take another lift to go lower to -5th to -8th floors. Probably the -5th to-10th floor was an after thought.

Stunning views, patio or balcony is a superb place to chill in Munnar weather, hospitality of staff and management is top notch, food spreads for breakfast and buffet is elaborate. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Cons:

The wifi is patchy. Combined with weak cellular signal due to the location, access to internet can be intermittent. TV in the room doesn’t always support OTT apps due to patchy wifi and the TV being an old version.

Loved it, Probably one to cherish for some time at least.
Pros:

Amazing breakfast, super friendly staff and excellent facilities. The staff and the GM were extremely helpful in the resort in every single thing we desired. Extremely tasty food - in room service orders as well. Super recommend this place for a family stay.

Cons:

Not Much to dislike.
If I had to pick one - maybe the walk up and down the hotel .. but thats what you go there for.
Maybe some more choices in the restaurants - but we could not cope with the ones that we had

Great location, staff.
Pros:

Beautiful location. Great staff. The hike with Manikaran was amazing

Cons:

There is a strong sewage smell on the balcony. The view from the balcony is amazing but it is impossible to even sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee due to the smell.
They don’t have any alcohol since they are still awaiting a liquor license.
