קיבלנו חדר עם מצעים מלוכלכים ומלא אבק ביקשנו להחליף את המצעים וקיבלנו בתגובה שאפשר לזכות אותנו ונמצא חדר אחר, היה כבר 10:00 בלילה כמובן שלא היה לנו שום כוונה לחפש עכשיו מלון אחר. אחרי כמה דקות הנציגה במלון אמרה שהיא מצא לנו חדר אחר ועברנו אליו. בחדר החדש לא היה זרימה של מים במקלחת וכבר היינו עייפים מדי לבקש שוב לעבור.

Удобное расположение, замечательный персонал.
Pros:

Персонал в отеле очень дружелюбный и приветливый, стараются помочь и сделать пребывание в отеле максимально комфортным. Номер был чистым и новым. В отеле было тихо, несмотря на его расположение в одном из самых многолюдных районов. Вокруг много прекрасных кафе, до набережной примерно 15-20 минут пешком.
