Pros:

Μείναμε παρα πολυ ευχαριστημένοι από τη διαμονή μας! Το δωμάτιο ήταν εξαιρετικό, πολύ όμορφο, άνετο και πεντακάθαρο, κάτι που προσωπικά θεωρώ από τα πιο σημαντικά στοιχεία για μια ευχάριστη διαμονή. Ηταν επίσης πολυ ευρύχωρο.

Ειχε πολυ καλη τοποθεσια οπου βολευε πολυ για τις μετακινησεις μας. Από την πρώτη στιγμή η φιλοξενία ήταν υπέροχη. Μας περίμεναν με ένα welcome κρασί, μια πολύ όμορφη και προσεγμένη κίνηση που εκτιμήσαμε.

Το προσωπικό ήταν πολυ ευγενικό, πρόσχαρο και εξυπηρετικό, πάντα διαθέσιμο να μας βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε.

Μας δόθηκε επίσης η δυνατότητα να απολαύσουμε το πρωινό μας στο δωμάτιο, όπως ακριβώς επιθυμούσαμε, κάτι που έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμη πιο άνετη και ευχάριστη.

Το τζακούζι ήταν επίσης καθαρό και πολύ προσεγμένο. Ο χωρος της πισίνας επίσης πολυ καλός και η πισίνα ειχε πολυ καλές διστάσεις σε βάθος και μήκος, σε εκανε να ευχαριστηθεις την ωρα σου εκει.

Συνολικά, ήταν φανερό ότι υπήρχε μεγάλη προσοχή στην καθαριότητα, στην άνεση και στη λεπτομέρεια.

Μια πραγματικά υπέροχη εμπειρία από την αρχή μέχρι το τέλος. Θα το επιλέγαμε σίγουρα ξανά και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, das ganze Team rund um Eleni sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gutes Frühstück, schöne Zimmer, ein luxuriöses ,kleines und gemütliches Hotel. Schöne Lage am Hang, wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Overall a memorable holiday, the local people were very friendly, a few excellent restaurants in stunning locations.
Pros:

The suites were spacious and exceptionally comfortable. Toiletries were provided during our stay, there was a coffee machine and a fridge. We had a fantastic view from the balcony overlooking the hillside and sea in the distance. We had a small issue with the sink which was dealt with swiftly. The staff were very friendly and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Elena and Ioanna!
There was a good bus service which ran until about 1am along the south coastline stopping at various beaches and other villages which were worthwhile exploring. If you wanted to go off the beaten track, the most efficient way to explore was hiring a quad bike.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike about the property itself, however the walk into Skiathos town (about 10-15 mins) was along a busy road with no pavements.

Delightful.
Pros:

Eleni the hostess was great and very helpful with everything, even if we wanted to make reservations to restaurants. Everything was very clean and they cleaned our room everyday. Big plus the location, we would walk to go to the beach, bus station and the center.

Cons:

The shower doors weren’t completely closed so water would come out and stay in the bathroom but overall everything was very clean.

Great quiet villa close to beach with pool and hot tub! Removed from a lot of the touristy stuff.
Pros:

Upon arrival you were greeted with the nicest woman and a complimentary glass of wine. I was so aware of how kind she was and attentive! She made sure you had everything you needed. She made sure to help get you set up with the luggage and the room. The room was HUGE and nice amenities. Hot tub on the deck which was a nice added bonus. I didn't get into to the pool but it's walking distance to the beacH. The breakfast was incredible spread of assorted fruits, pastries, cheeses, olives, juices, coffee, yogurt and much more! I highly recommend this place!

Cons:

The closest beach is walking distance but mainly quite full of lounge chairs/restaurants. There are a bunch of markets close by so it's convenient for that. The pool is a little underwhelming but nnie to have the option.

We absolutely loved our stay at Avaton Suites and Villas. The villas and the outlook were just gorgeous, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was Eleni, the hotel manager. I was travelling with my 89‑year‑old mum, and Eleni went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and had everything she needed. She was genuinely fabulous.
Don’t be put off by comments about the steep hill — there’s always a car available to pick you up or drop you off if you’re not feeling up to the short walk. The location is perfect too, within walking distance of both the old town and the beach. A wonderful place to base yourself on this beautiful island.
