Our tub did not drain properly and the pool had a film over it and it looked dirty

Pros:

Mycket centralt och ett kvarter från Bourbon street. Spårvagn i närheten och gångavstånd till det mesta inom 30min

Cons:

Dyr valet parkering 40USD/dag. Annan säker parkering svårt att hitta pga det centrala läget.

Pros:

The location was fantastic, the staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The toilet in the main bathroom had a leak and constantly needed refilling, which caused the pipes to rattle, the bath tub drain was blocked in the same bathroom. The sales pitch to the holiday inn holidays wasn't necessary especially when we only had 2 days in the city.

The comfort of the room and the location.

Cons:

Some of the staff felt very dismissive. The phone in my room didn't work and upon telling the manager she already knew. We had to walk back and forth for everything we needed. The GM failed to fix the issue as well and thus was not a regular room. They told us the pool was opened and when I told them same person at that he knew and acted like it wasn't a big deal. Very unprofessional.

Good value for money .
Pros:

Friendly staff - William was great, as were the bar ladies. Great location. Spacious room with a very well equipped kitchen. Good laundry facilities.
