La comida excelente, el personal súper amable siempre ayudándonos en todo y su trato muy cordial
Solamente en la limpieza creo que podrían poner más atención en esa parte y el sillón de la sala era muy incómodo para dormir modernizar más el interior de sus habitaciones
Como siempre, la facilidad que es hospedarse en este hotel ya que es pequeño pero cuenta con todas las facilidades. Simpre me quedo una noche pero realmente vale la pena.
Sentí que la calidad de la comida en Cilantros fue un poco más baja a veces anteriores sin embargo tengo que resaltar que el tiradito de pescado estaba delicioso. El resto de la comida se sentia sobre cocida y en el caso del fettuccine con salmon, bastante grasosa.
The hotel is a little over 1km walking distance to the Marina, a modern mall and Walmart. Barista coffees were included from Deli Vivaci along with tasty sandwiches, panini’s and wrap’s although it was only one per person. We liked the 40 minute rule for the towels left unattended around the pool. Pueblo Bonito has 2 adjacent properties, Blanco and Rose, as well as a third huge resort, Sunset Beach, 30 minutes complimentary bus ride away. Our inclusive package included access to Facilties at all three resorts.
The lifts were a bit slow. We had an inclusive package but as an Aussie we had trouble getting used to the tipping when no money was changing hands. Like most North American hotels the in-house hot beverage is focused on coffee. There was no kettle to make a cup of tea. The shower curtain was a bit short resulting in water on the floor

Everything was absolutely amazing. Our suit was super cute and spacious. The property was beautiful , clean, and maintained. All staff were very nice and accommodating. This was our first time to Cobo and look forward to returning.
The disappointed part of this hole vacation was our Queen beds in room 329 was so hard and uncomfortable. For the 4 nights I slept there my back was in so much pain and even my daughter's complained about there backs hurt from the beds. But other than that everything else was perfect.
Personnel très attentionné, les buffets pour les repas sont très généreux et variés, les animations thématiques sont intéressantes, l'accès direct à la plage est impeccable. Très belle vue depuis la chambre, sur la piscine, la baie et au loin le cap Finisterre. Hôtel parfait.

This all inclusive hotel provides an exceptional and flawless vacation experience. The staff is incredibly attentive, the food is top tier, and the grounds are perfectly maintained. I highly recommend this destination for an stress-free getaway, and I will definitely be staying here again!
