Une fin de voyage pour se reposer
Pros:

Le cote resort all inclusive a Cabo c’est pas mal pour finir les vacances. Cela évite de se ruiner en resto dans cette région qui est très prisée par les américains et donc beaucoup plus chère qu’ailleurs.
On avait une vue sur la mer et la piscine, grande suite, parfait pour notre famille.
Arrivée et départ très arrangeant avec mise à dispo de douche une fois la chambre rendue

Cons:

La propreté de la piscine, l’eau était trouble, nous squattions celle bien plus grande et plus propre de la partie à côté (resort rose)
Les oiseaux qui s’invitent à tabke pour voler la nourriture
Le fait de ne pas pouvoir fumer sur notre terrasse pourtant immense.
La nourriture n’était pas terrible à part le petit déjeuner. Nous n’avons pas pris de plaisir à manger dans les restaurants de l’hôtel. Finalement c’est le buffet qui était le plus savoureux.

Pros:

The value was good room serve was quick deliver was on time

Cons:

Ac was working poorly, we had to keep all blinds closed just to help the room comfortable.
The beds were not very comfortable. Both beds had 3/4 inch foam, Probably due to multiple complaints of hard beds.
The room only supplied 2 pillows per bed.
The rooms floors were not swept unless we asked for them to do so.
Light in room hallway did not work.
Several outlets were so worn out that the plugs can hardly stay in place.
Cords and plugs for lamps are very old and need replaced.
Lamp shade between beds would constantly fall when bumped into.
One elevator was functional other elevator looks like it has been out of order for some time.
We where told that we can have visitors meet us in the lobby but once the visitor arrived to the gate we where told that they could not come into the building.
The supplied print out had incorrect times printed onto the sheet.
We also found out that multiple restaurants or services as part of the all inclusive package were not even open.
Door to men’s bathroom located at the pool bar would not open or close unless forced.
The food was okay at best.

Fue una estancia muy agradable, todo el personal muy atento y con la mejor disposición de atendernos, el todo incluido fue genial los alimentos y bebidas deliciosos. En general todo excelente.

Pueblo Bonito Blanco feels a bit dated. The food is good, but could be better—though there are plenty of additional dining options across the other Pueblo Bonito properties.
