Pros:

This all inclusive hotel provides an exceptional and flawless vacation experience. The staff is incredibly attentive, the food is top tier, and the grounds are perfectly maintained. I highly recommend this destination for an stress-free getaway, and I will definitely be staying here again!

Location is great, resort needs updating.
Pros:

Location and price for all inclusive. Our room had one of the best views.

Cons:

Room needs updating and was missing a TV. Front desk staff was not understanding nor helpful when my booking mistakenly had 1 adult not two on paper. They demanded extra payment right away. Also, I was locked out of my rooms without notice. I was fortunate to get it handled through booking agent after a few phone calls but front desk was still not very nice about fixing error on their end.

Everything was great, we will go back again!
Pros:

We loved being able to walk from pool to beach easily. Restaurants were all great.

Cons:

Chairs at the pool are hard to come by unless you are up early and even then people mark them until midday without coming back. On our last day staff was timing how long chairs were empty so we kept getting out of the pool to make sure we didn’t lose our spots.

Me dañaron la sorpresa....
Pros:

El acceso directo a la playa y la posibilidad de ir a los otros hoteles.

Cons:

Saque el espacio de realizar una solicitud la cual me respondieron positivamente, al momento de llegar al hotel desconocían la solicitud argumentando que cuando se hace la reserva por Booking las personas que responden no son del hotel y por tal motivo mi solicitud nunca fue atendida. en pocas palabras no es bueno reservar por Booking

At least the location was good, right in front of the beach where you could swim as well.

Cons:

Cheap 80's old motel vibe with bunch of loud American high school tourists for a spring break. Huge pressure for tips for every service you get. It is not so inclusive when you think about the tips they expect from you. Employees are not so motivated.

I'll be back!
Pros:

I'm not a resort or all inclusive kind of person but I really needed to relax and I booked this resort. I loved that it was not a huge one and it was perfect for resting and relaxing. Staff was great and the food excellent.
