This is unsatisfactory. The room is not being clean. The utensils are not thoroughly sterilized.

We had a very uncomfortable stay in this unit. I was shocked that the kitchen's utensils like laddle, knife spoon and fork, etc were dirty! The facilities inside the room were dirty. The utensils were dirty. The pan was already chipping. The cabinet was lock so we can't use to put out clothes there. The 3rd bed was not even prepared. The bath towel is so short that only an infant can use it, worst was, it's also dirty. I can't imagine how unsatisfactory and unbelievable this stay was. we have to spent our time to clean and wash the plates again before using it because it's dirty and dusty, we need to washed the utensils and sterilize it. i ask for any replacement pan because the one in the unit was already chipping and it's bad for the health to use a chipped teflon but they say they can't replace it.

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The property was much farther from key locations than the advertisement suggested, and the parking area was also inconveniently far from the accommodation. We found the listing to be somewhat misleading, as it did not accurately reflect what we experienced upon arrival. In addition, the room was quite small for four guests and felt cramped during our stay. Overall, the property did not provide the comfort and convenience we were expecting.

Pros:

Travelling with my family and my kids were very comfortable and enjoyed the bunk beds.

We had a wonderful stay. It was clean, comfortable, and the staff were reacheable and friendly.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The room was clean and well-maintained, the staff were accommodating and courteous, and the facilities were excellent.

The unit owner was very accomodating and easily available. He was very patient when assisting us trying to key in the code.

We love the pool view from the 4th floor verandah. It was exactly the same as the photo in the ads

The swimming pool is nice.

Pros:

It truly felt like home, and the space was comfortable enough for five people. The air conditioners were working well, and the balcony offered a refreshing breath of fresh air. They also provide TV, Wi-Fi and a heater. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and cookware, perfect if you enjoy cooking. We also appreciated the convenience of their self check-in and check-out process. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Cons:

For the refrigerator, only the freezer seems to be cooling properly for some reason. My parents were concerned about the leftover food from our lunch out, but they managed by storing it in the freezer instead.

The unit doesn’t have a mirror in the living room or in the bedrooms. There is one in the bathroom, but it’s quite small. I think it would be better if there were at least one full-body mirror in the living room.

Also, the road leading to the property is very dark, especially at night, since there are no streetlights. When we were driving home from Crosswinds at night, we actually missed the street going into the property. It would be great if streetlights could be installed.
