Buon soggiorno con una camera che andrebbe curata di più
Pros:

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 3 notti.
UBICAZIONE: L'hotel è apparentemente lontano dalla via principale perché ha un accesso con la macchina da una via laterale. Quindi a piedi in 5 minuti si è al ponte della città e a desta ci sono tutti i locali dove mangiare.
SERVIZIO : Personale molto gentile con il quale comunicavamo con WeChat e poi di persona tramite un'app di traduzione perché il personale non parlava inglese, neppure alla reception. In ogni caso sempre gentili e disponibili.
Ci hanno effettuato gratuitamente il servizio di lavanderia (ma non stiro) dei nostri abiti.
CAMERA : la camera era grandissima, molto spaziosa, con un letto a baldacchino, mobile TV, un armadio, i lavandini erano al di fuori del bagno, così come una grande e rotonda vasca da bagno. C'era una zona dedicata alla cerimonia del te. Molte finestre alcune delle quali si chiudevano con un meccanismo automatico.

Climatizzatore non molto regolabile, nel senso che non era possibile ridurre l'intensità dell'aria che arrivata sul letto molto forte. Abbiamo provato a muovere le tendine del letto a baldacchino in modo da ridurre la quantità di aria che ci arrivava addosso, ma in realtà abbiamo solo smosso un sacco di polvere.
La camera sembrava perfetta, ma molti dettagli erano dovuti all'incuranza delle persone che l'avevano utilizzata prima e forse anche alla poca attenzione della pulizia da parte del personale
Il BAGNO : bagno diviso in più parti: Lavandini in camera accanto al letto e difronte le porte del bagno : WC da una porta e doccia dall'altro. C'erano in doccia dei piccoli camioncini, ma che per due persone non bastavano e quindi sempre richiederne altri.

COLAZIONE: la colazione si faceva con una signora che preparava al momento i noodles e altre pietanza.

Cons:

Maggiore attenzione alla pulizia della camera.
Utilizzo di dispencer per sapone o un maggiore numero di camioncini.
Colazione per noi andava bene, ma nel complesso forse era poco variegata per gli occidentali.

Excellent, but it highlighted the difference between western and Chinese hotels
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and could t do enough for you . Our room was fabulous. Large , very comfortable and super clean. It was tucked away in a side street so very quiet but extremely close to restaurants.

Cons:

In spite of saying they had them , there was no bar or restaurant at the hotel .

Friendly hotel with excellent staff, decor and additional services.
Pros:

This hotel has the most friendly and attentive staff in the world. The whole time I travelled in China, I wished I had these guys with me to help out ;) haha. They thought of everything, using a handy translator to always make sure we had what we needed. They advise on everything and can arrange travel at the drop of a hat. They just do whatever it takes to make sure you experience Zhanjiajie and Wulingyuan - you can tell they're very proud of their home. Enjoying a beer with them to reflect on culture and travel was especially wonderful. What a treat this place is!
The hotel itself is really gorgeous, with a lot of interesting artifacts around pertaining to tea and calligraphy.
The breakfast is wonderful. They also make fantastic coffee and tea. For example, we had an oily hotpot the night before and they made us a medicinal tea to help us feel less greasy. You really couldn't ask for better hosts!
