The hotel is an almost perfect spot for a decent getaway. It is well equipped with several pools, a private beach, a pool bar and the nicest staff you can think of. All of them: the super friendly chambermaids, the wonderful and caring waitresses and waiters and the whole reception crew. We felt very welcome from the first day to our check-out.
The breakfast buffet is rich, there is nothing we would have missed.
UPDATE as I missed out a couple of things:
The beds are very comfy. We had a twin room so we both had enough space to each of ourselves. Also the view from the poolside is astonishing as well as from our roofless balcony which was the room's highlight.
The evening bar was also a highlight. Nice music from speakers as well as life music matching very good with the surrounding and mediterranian holiday feeling. Also the sunset view from there is outstanding.
Disregarding the very few not so good things I highly recommend this hotel and its staff.
An outside restaurant for summer dinners is missing. All meals are served downstairs which gives a bit of a canteen character in the evenings when you would love to sit outside watching the sunset. the rooms are a bit too small but the open balcony made it for us.
The dinner is a bit too expensive and an additional normal menu could be more offered with some typical food as the 4-course-dinner was sometimes too specialised for us.
The top pool could be declared for adults only as there are enough pools for kids on two other levels and a space for some relaxing hours without screaming toddlers is something we would have loved.
Something the hotel itself is not responsible of are some other guests. So please, future guests, take notice of the fact that you are not alone. Please stop your loud phone calls on the pool site, nobody cares about your conversations with or without videocalls. It is very annoying when you wave your phones around and filming all guests who are not involved. Also please stop covering the sunbeds in the crack of dawn and block them for hours without using them. This is very selfish and annoying.
Also there are a lot of children: so ladies, stop sunbathing topless in front of kids. It is completely unnecessary and embarrassing for yourself! This is a 5* hotel and not some Mallorca Partyhotel. It would be nice if all guests would behave like that.
The pool and view of the sea is incredible. The staff do their best to be helpful.
It’s about as far away from a 5 star hotel as a Premier Inn. Poor air con, poor breakfast that’s decimated by 9.30, no normal restaurant, the usual Italian feeling like you’re being ripped off at every possible opportunity
Ruime kamer met groot bed en mooie badkamer met douche. Ontbijt uitgebreid en veel keuze. Verschillende zwembaden en veel ligbedden voor iedereen voldoende. Lunch mogelijk aan zwembad aan democratische prijzen. Laatste dag van verlof gratis late check out gekregen en tot laatste moment van alle faciliteiten mogen genieten en kamer ter beschikking gekregen om voor onze afreis te douchen en om te kleden.
Kamers zijn niet super modern en in vergelijking met andere 5 sterren hotels kan dit voor sommige wat tegen vallen misschien. Aangezien iedereen bijna met auto naar hotel komt is er soms niet voldoende plaats om alle wagens te parkeren zeker als er gasten van zichzelf vinden dat ze met een fiat 500 plaats van vrachtwagen moeten innemen

Staff is impolite and not flexible with most of requests.
They don’t treat the customers as a 5-star hotel usually does.
Breakfast is not on a level of 5-star hotel.
We don’t recommend this hotel to guest that are used to politeness and being listened to by the staff. When we wanted to talk to the manager about our requests they said that there is no manager and that we can write to a general email address to complain, but non of the customers ever gets a response on that email.
Service is unprofessional, not on a level of 5-star hotel.
Läget var väldigt bra, fint pool område och att det fanns solstolar även på stranden som bara tillhörde hotellet.
Frukosten var helt okej, rummet var för litet för att kunna bo 3 personer.
Posizione splendida, staff molto cortese ed efficiente. Colazione molto varia e buona.
Stanze da rimodernare. Da rivedere l'offerta per il pranzo al pool bar.

Tout était trés bien la chambre, les restaurants, les piscines et la plage.
le personnel était aussi super.
Pour le diner on aurait aimé pouvoir manger à l'extérieur en terrasse et ce n'était pas possible.
