Beautiful Hotel, Extremely Disrespectful Treatment

I really wanted to love this place. And honestly, if you judge it purely by photos, it deserves five stars — stunning grounds, a private beach, a setting that takes your breath away. But a hotel isn't just a backdrop. It's the people. And the people here completely ruined what should have been a wonderful stay.
Let me tell you what happened (and this is more for the managements we were not able to talk).
We arrived late — after 11 PM — and there wasn't a single parking space available. One of the hotel's own employees directed us to park off-site, told us it was fine, and even mentioned he parks there himself. We did exactly what he told us to do. We had no reason to question it.
A few days later, we got a parking ticket.
We went straight to the front desk, explained the situation, and asked for help. What we got instead was the runaround — told to come back tomorrow, the manager is unavailable, speak to someone else. We went back the next day. Same answer. And the day after that. Same answer again.
At one point, a staff member looked at us (the lady with red/ ginger hair) and said "You should read the signs next time." While smiling.
Look — mistakes happen at hotels. Parking situations go wrong. Employees give bad advice. None of that is the end of the world. What defines a hotel isn't whether problems occur — it's how the staff treats you when they do. And here, there was zero attempt to take responsibility, zero effort to find a solution, and zero basic respect for the guests standing in front of them.
We were made to feel like stupid tourists. Like an inconvenience. Like our experience didn't matter.
The beach is beautiful. The rooms are lovely. The grounds are genuinely gorgeous. But none of that is worth a single euro when the people behind the front desk treat paying guests with contempt.

L’hôtel est super, la plupart du personnel aussi sauf à l’accueil la femme qui nous a reçu A….. n’a pas été agréable aucune explication c’est le bagagiste qui nous a expliqué le fonctionnement de l’hôtel. Elle n’a pas fait un sourire. Cette personne a été limite désagréable. Sinon tout le reste était parfait

Hotel położony w pięknym zadbanym ogrodzie, przy plaży. Widok z pokoju cudowny. Baseny i otoczenie czyste bardzo ładne. Prywatna plaża hotelowa. Śniadania urozmaicone i smaczne, obsługa pomocna. Pokój duży, czysty, wygodny. Łazienka czysta i wygodna. Bezpłatny parking hotelowy. Bar przy basenie, restauracja, drink bar, czynne. Muzyka na żywo codziennie wieczorem można potańczyć.

Cons:

Hotel już wiekowy więc widać, że ząb czasu go naruszył, np w łazience przeciekająca kabina prysznicowa. Cena kolacji bardzo wysoka w porównaniu do jakości. Lepiej wyjść do miasta do ładnego miejsca.

ubicación perfecta

la ubicación la piscina y la vista del mar es espectacular . la playa es preciosa y está a 100 pasos de la pileta .

el drama del hotel es que casi ningún día conseguimos estacionamiento en el hotel y nos obligaban a dejar el auto a 500 metros del hotel sobre la ruta . mi esposa estaba en muletas y no hubo forma de que hicieran una excepción para conseguirnos un lugar . no debería ser un hotel 5 estrellas ya que si uno llega en auto no se puede estacionar .
el aire acondicionado en el cuarto no es gran cosa. el tamaño del la ducha de nuestro baño era diminuto . si bien el baño estaba muy bien la ducha demasiado pequeña .
ningún día pudimos cenar en el hotel porque no tenían lugar en ningún horario .igualmente si vas en auto el pueblo más cercano esta a 4 minutos y hay muchas y buenas opciones de restaurantes.
viajamos con dos hijos pequeños y aunque reservamos con más de 4 meses de antelación , no nos pudieron dar dos cuartos intercomunicados .
aunque los cuartos se conectan interiormente no tuvieron la intención de hacerlo .
