My stay was very enjoyable. Staff was great and helped in any way that was needed.
Pros:

Staff was great. Super friendly. Bilingual was helpful. Liked having coffee and water in the reception area. Nice area to sit outside by Koi pond.

Cons:

Breakfast could offer a little more American foods.

Pros:

Exceptional newly renovated hotel! As soon as I walked through the doors, I was greeted by staff and with help. The interior looked AMAZING and made my money well spent. If you prefer a location where it ties to the culture, I suggest choosing this over normal regular hotels. They have everything you could need here and are always more willing to help! I stayed in because I was tired and wanted to order food, and they helped me with that.
Breakfast buffet was also included and yummy! I’m usually skeptical about things and usually never write reviews, but this hotel deserves this 10/10 star review.

Pros:

The hotel is in the old section of the city, but within a 10 min walk, you can get to one of the busy streets with many shops and restaurants at cheap prices. Definitely a local experience.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and most of them had a good command of English. Julie was in particular helpful.

The hotel offered free laundry service which was really handy for a family with two children.

The little pond in the property created a relaxing ambiance.

For anyone seeking authentic Chinese experience, this hotel is definitely a place to stay.

Cons:

We could not get a steady wifi connection for some reason.
Breakfast had enough variations from Chinese to Western food and it also changed during our stay. If anything, the quality could improve for the Western food such as croissants and ham and sausages. But I suppose it is China, the Western food cannot be as good as that in Europe and N.A.

El barrio es original, con gente muy agradable. El hotel es muy bonito y cómodo, y el personal es lo mejor que tiene; extraordinariamente amable, siempre pendiente de todo, facilitan absolutamente todo y hacen que la estancia sea muy agradable y personal. Locatie is top. Personeel echt heel aardig en behulpzaam. Mooi gerenoveerde en moderne kamers. Bedden prima. Ontbijt niet veel uitgebreid maar wel vers en goed.
