Pros:

It shows the renovations, so the hotel facilities are excelent, making you feel in a real hutong.
Super friendly staff across the board, with great communication even before arrival.
Late check in.
Breakfast with great quality and variaty.
Also they gave us an welcome drink in the bar.

Le ragazze alla reception sono state in assoluto le più brave, professionali e simpatiche che abbiamo mai incontrato.
Le comere sono spaziose moderne e pulite. Grazie a Cici, Lily, Coco, e a tutto lo staff.

Интересное, красивое и неоднозначное место
Pros:

Снимали 2 люкса на 3 ночи. Отель красивый, номер вполне удобный, отличная косметика, сейфа нет, надо просить на ресепшн. Можно отдать вещи в стирку, за день постирают, но гладить надо самим на -1 этаже.

Расположение удобное, но хутуны – очень своеобразное место, они узкие, неприглядные, уличные туалеты там, не всем может понравиться такой опыт. Учитывайте этот момент.

Завтрак похвалить не могу, выбор скудный, качество среднее, чайных ложек нет.

Бар при отеле тоже не самый приятный, как забегаловка. Понимая, что если гости покупают бутылку вина, им надо дать бокалы, у бармена отсутствуют. По просьбе принесли разного калибра мокрые бокалы.

Персонал отеля - в основном молодые девушки. Они конечно стараются, но их еще надо учить и учить. Отель заявляет о себе как 5-звездочном, но это с натяжкой. Хотя кровать удобная, спать комфортно, это важно.

Ни в одном их наших люксов не было халатов! Попросила, сказали, что закончились! Принесли только через сутки.

В общем я в какой-то степени довольна, что мы остановились здесь, место аутентичное, нестандартное, но не однозначное. Ну и сервис требует серьезного апгрейда, никаким международным стандартам он не соответствует. Следующий раз выберу что-то другое.

Everything. Fantastic staff, well run, beautiful pond setting, nice rooms, decent breakfast. Even coffee and tea was great, and bar attached for cocktails in evening. Very quiet locale but close to some great restaurants and metro.

Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Hotel ist wirklich außergewöhnlich. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit dasselbe Hotel buchen.

Best staff ever
Pros:

The staff are wonderful. Breakfast was ample and the grounds are total Zen. Beautiful.

Cons:

The place is on a crowded alley and there is no easy access to any major street. There are few good restaurants within walking distance.
