Although I couldn't make my trip and didn't stay at the hotel this time, I was pleasantly surprised that they didn't charge me anything for the cancellation. I truly appreciate their understanding and kindness. I have stayed at this hotel before, and I can honestly say it's a wonderful place with great service, friendly staff, and a beautiful atmosphere. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose it again in the future. Thank you!

Nice place in the middle of the town with comfyrooms, I had bathtub and balcony
There is no restaurant, tiny elevator and only one available
The best location, you can't be closer to City Center, pubs, restaurants in front of hotel, you could watch World Cup matches 1-2 minutes from hotel. Room was very big, everyday cleaning, I had 2 balconys, bathroom was nice. Staff was helpful, they ordered me a taxi and I could pay in hotel. Breakfast - not so many options, but for me was enough. I reccomend this hotel, when someone will be in Skopje.
I requested a room with bathtube in bathroom. Unfortunately the plug was broken, water was going down and I couldn't take a bath, only shower. I reported it on reception, but was not fixed, so for this one small minus. In TV there were no channels, where you can watch World Cup matches. There was also issue with keycard, it was difficult to open the room many times, but receptionist showed me how it works - appreciate it. Overall small minuses, which had not so much impact for general good impression.

My stay was wonderful from start to finish. The staff were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed, with a great view that added to the experience. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxing and welcoming
