Sehr freundliches Personal und ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, aber das Hotel hätte mit etwas Renovierung und funktionierende
Pros:

Ich komme selbst aus Deutschland und spreche sehr gern Deutsch. Zu meiner Überraschung war das Personal wirklich erstklassig. Besonders die junge Frau an der Rezeption hat sich sehr bemüht und sogar mit mir Deutsch gesprochen (auch wenn es nicht perfekt war). Man hat wirklich gemerkt, dass sie sich Mühe gibt, und das verdient großen Respekt.

Ich wurde sehr freundlich behandelt, und alle meine Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Ich konnte sogar früher einchecken, was ich sehr geschätzt habe. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls gut. Die Schalldämmung war in Ordnung – ich habe keine störenden Geräusche gehört. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber ausreichend und nahrhaft. Wenn man nicht sehr wählerisch ist, ist es völlig in Ordnung. Aus meinem Zimmer hatte ich außerdem einen Blick auf einen Park, was sehr angenehm war.

Es gab außerdem immer warmes Wasser. Im Kleiderschrank war genug Platz für Kleidung, und es gab auch ausreichend Kleiderbügel.

Insgesamt war der Service wirklich hervorragend

Cons:

Der Zustand des Zimmers könnte teilweise verbessert werden. Besonders die Eingangstür wirkte schon etwas abgenutzt und hat vermutlich schon viele Jahre hinter sich. Man musste ein wenig ausprobieren, um sie richtig zu schließen.

Außerdem hatte ich ein Zweibettzimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer sah insgesamt sauber aus, allerdings war ich mir bei einem der Betten nicht ganz sicher. Es gab einen etwas ungewöhnlichen Geruch – möglicherweise vom Waschmittel, eventuell aber auch, weil die Bettwäsche nicht ganz frisch wirkte. Ich möchte das jedoch nicht mit Sicherheit behaupten, da alles optisch sauber aussah und durch den leichten Luftzug im Zimmer schwer zu beurteilen war. Das zweite Bett hingegen war vollkommen in Ordnung und roch frisch.

Was ich ebenfalls schade fand: Im Zimmer und teilweise auch im Hotel gab es kein funktionierendes WLAN, was heutzutage natürlich ein wichtiger Punkt ist.

Außerdem würde ich mir etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit vom Eigentümer für dieses Hotel wünschen. Mit ein wenig Renovierung und mehr Pflege könnte diese Unterkunft wirklich eine 10 von 10 sein. Das Personal war nämlich sehr bemüht und freundlich, aber der Zustand des Zimmers und der Geruch bei einem der Betten haben den Gesamteindruck etwas geschmälert.

Insgesamt würde ich daher 8 von 10 Punkten geben.

Классное расположение. В центре, но достаточно тихо.

Cons:

Номера не очень чистые. Завтраки - полный отстой: дохлые мошки и волосы в сыре, гнилые фрукты.

I receptionist sono stati cordiali , ci hanno consigliato i posti migliori locali e abbiamo prenotato con loro un tour magnifico in jeep!!
Sempre presenti e disponibili per ogni richiesta.
Le camere sono spaziose e comode. Ci hanno anche proposto di fare la colazione prima di partire per l'aeroporto al mattino presto. Super gentili.

Great value for money
Pros:

Close to points of interest in funchal. The room was big, clean and comfortable! Staff was incredibly nice, especially the guy in the morning (breakfast) shift. Parking spots (free of charge after 20:00) are just in front of the hotel, busy during the day but u will always find a spot after 19

Cons:

Breakfast could be improved, not a lot of choices
Some pastries both vegan (with a solution of vegetal milk) and normal would be nice.

I liked that it had a balcony and it was close to the centre

Cons:

Incredibly dirty. There was a ‘sanitized’ message on the toilet but there was still pee and shit in it. Everywhere I found hairs. The shower wasnt working well and the water was cold. The wifi didnt work. There was not a window but only a shutter. The people that work there were nice though.

Só me agradou localização

Cons:

Não fiquei satisfeita com a experiência no alojamento. Desde o conforto das instalações, ao duche, que apresentava fracas condições, até ao pequeno-almoço, que considerei bastante limitado e sem variedade.
Além disso, senti falta de profissionalismo e atenção por parte dos funcionários, demonstrando pouco brio no atendimento e no serviço prestado.
De uma forma geral, a experiência ficou aquém das expectativas.
