Great location en route to Etosha National Park. We had a truly wonderful stay here, offers a peaceful and memorable experience, but what made our visit particularly special was the warmth, kindness and exceptional hospitality of the staff.

Buona soluzione di passaggio tra Windhoek ed Etosha
Pros:

Struttura molto comoda nella strada tra Windhoek ed Etosha. Stanza semplice ma pulita e ordinata. Cena e colazione di buon livello, a buffet.

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema (si è rotta una tubatura sopra la nostra stanza). Il proprietario però è intervenuto subito e con gentilezza ci ha cambiato la stanza.

the leather coach in reception area are bad outweared as well as in our room the leather chair. this asap to be replaced.

Pros:

Everything was perfect, we stopped off for one night on our way to Etosha we had been camping so was so nice to have a clean and comfy bed for the night. We had dinner and breakfast there and both buffets were great and good value for money. The staff were super friendly and helped us with laundry too, their laundry was closed so they called someone down the road literally 1 min drive and we dropped it off at 5pm and collected the next morning at 8. The pool was lovely hot showers and overall perfect for us.

Big beautiful lodge at otjwarongo
Pros:

Grande lodge bene organizzato, camere comode e spaziose. Colazione e ristorante ottimi. Bella la piscina su cui si affacciava la nostra camera in cui ci siamo presi un bel pomeriggio di relax.

I would not go again unless there was NO conference.

Arrival, Room, Food, Staff, Availability of room

Cons:

Porter assist would be nice; Conference visitors caused disturbance outside our room and smoked, We had to ask the staff to remove them from the chairs outside our rooms by Pool View # 3; The corner of pool view #3 became a highway for all your conference visitors and at 7am they again created much noise and no care whatsoever for the residents in the Pool View rooms. We had to create a furniture barricade around the corner to stop this constant activity and the staff did not assist after becoming aware of our plight.
