Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful where they were able.

Cons:

Three narrow flights of stairs to climb with luggage for senior people, no help. Bedding torn in places, replaced but replacements no better. No mirrors in rooms. No wall plugs in rooms. Cutlery poor quality. Easily bendable. Not up to standard for basic accommodation, never mind "luxury" accommodation.

I liked everything about Casa the staff was very friendly. We were welcomed by an African lady fair in complexion with short hair I’ve forgotten her name but she was the best.

Cons:

We didn’t have a stove and we had to borrow iron and iron board.

Affordable and comfortable with very friendly staff.
Pros:

Location was great and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, even though it was just one night.

Cons:

The sliding door onto the patio/balcony didn't lock, which was a bit concerning from a safety perspective. That is something that can be fixed quite easily and will make a big difference.

Cons:

It's unfortunate that guests playing extremely loud music through the night and from very early on Sunday morning, were left to utterly disturb other guests with zero regard. If you're ok with loud unruly inconsiderate guests, its the place for you.
