Pros:

Very caring staff. Everything about the room was comfortable, and well-designed. The bathroom was fine, coffee maker was nice, AC was great! Lobby snacks, too.

Cons:

Didn’t like the exhaust fan in the bathroom running all the time ( couldn’t turn it off at night) The room was a bit small, but quiet, cool, and very comfortable. Closet hanging bar was oddly in the center, not running across, which would have made hanging clothes much easier. Still, a lovely place.

Our satay was very good, the hotel all in all was lovely, especially the location and good price.
Pros:

Location of this hotel is Brillant, lots of shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes around the area, the staff was amazing, friendly always said good morning hello, good night etc.

Cons:

The room was very small, but well equipped, clean in itself. But the carpet was very grubby, the cleaners came in everyday and changed towels made the bed.

Lovely welcoming break away
Pros:

It was clean, the air conditioning was great. The staff were really welcoming and friendly; and there were some very nice touches

Ottimo soggiorno
Pros:

Posizione comoda a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Victoria, servita da molti mezzi. A 20/25 min a piedi si arriva a Westminster. In zona diversi posti per fare colazione o mangiare. Molto comodo anche per la partenza del pullman che porta agli Warner Studios per il tour del "Making Of - Harry Potter"

Cons:

La camera assegnata (molto grande) era nel seminterrato, e dava sul lato della strada. Purtroppo a volte si sentivano rumori di gente che passava (al telefono, che parlava fuori a voce alta, o che saliva/scendeva le scale). Nulla di troppo invalidante, solo un poco fastidioso. Il letto, a mio gusto, non super comodo.

Sehr gute Lage, freundliches Personal und sehr saubere, ruhige Zimmer.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, alles Wichtige ist schnell erreichbar und die Victoria Station ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und für Londoner Verhältnisse sehr groß und geräumig. Das Personal war immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Nachteil war der fehlende Kühlschrank im Zimmer, was besonders bei heißem Wetter praktisch gewesen wäre, da Getränke schnell warm wurden. (wir hatten während unseres Aufenthalts in London großes Glück mit dem Wetter, es war eine Rekordhitze :D) Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und wir würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Ottima posizione e staff molto cortese

Cons:

La stanza era a piano terra e la finestra dava all'interno del palazzo dove passavano addetti al lavoro e scarichi della struttura. Non abbiamo mai aperto la finestra a parte in alcuni momenti con tapparelle chiuse per evitare di accendere il condizionatore. La camera era piccolissima, con un piccolissimo appendino per le giacche, non abbiamo potuto disfare le valige per 4 giorni perchè non c'era spazio. Dalle foto e dal prezzo a notte della camera non ci aspettavamo tanta scomodità, diciamo che ci siamo adattati.

Nowhere in the bathroom to place toiletry bags
Our room was outside away from the msin hotel with our own entrance which was nice but tiled area is slippery when wet
Main outside door into the room had a gap so doesnt seal properly so a draught comes through
