A fantastic location near Victoria, with great pubs and places for breakfast nearby
The room was small, which is fine as we were out and about most of the time. A couple more pillows and a larger duvet for size of bed would have been better.

Great location, the staff were really friendly from what we experienced and it was clean.
You can hear everything in the rooms near and above.. so if you’re a light sleeper, maybe consider ear plugs or another location.

We arrived for our scheduled 3 PM check-in, which we were fully aware of and happy to respect if needed. At reception, we politely asked if we could leave our luggage with the front desk until our room was ready, and the staff member agreed. When we mentioned we'd like to quickly use the restroom and started taking a few essentials out of our bags to leave them behind, we were unexpectedly made to unpack everything. To our surprise, it then turned out that our room was actually available all along.
The whole process was unnecessarily complicated, poorly communicated, and handled with a noticeably rude and unhelpful attitude. We lost valuable time and felt treated with a lack of basic courtesy.
Additionally, once in the room, we found it to be quite noisy, making it difficult to rest properly. The lack of an elevator also made moving our luggage up and down quite challenging, especially after a long journey.
Most concerning of all, the room's carpet was visibly moldy and very dirty (as you can see in the attached photos). This is a serious hygiene issue that should be addressed immediately.
A simple "your room is ready" or clear, polite communication from the start would have completely changed the experience. We hope management addresses these issues—both at reception and regarding room cleanliness and comfort—to improve the stay for future guests.
The rooms are a little on the small side if sharing between two, but for a few nights stay we couldn't fault it. Though be aware there are no lifts and stairs are quite narrow up to rooms on higher floors. Very clean and comfortable. Staff lovely and eager to assist with luggage or any issues or questions you may have. Perfect location to Victoria tube station with local amenities and restaurants/bars all within 5-10 minutes walk. Would definetely stay here again when back in London.
