Great location, disappointing facility.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful. We were allowed to drop our luggage off early so we could explore the Victoria area. The hotel was pretty close to victoria station and very close to dining options.

Cons:

Our room was really funky. We reserved a triple. The room was in its own location outside the hotel in the back. The room was dark, dank, and the third bed was an old fold-out sofa that smelled of urine. Visitors should note that this location is part hotel part apartment/room rentals.

Pros:

Location is perfect and the staff is just lovely!! So convenient across the board.

Cons:

It's clear that the facilities are a bit old and I felt like it could be cleaner (there were some beads near/under the bed, clearly from a previous customer's broken jewellery).

Good hotel - good location
Pros:

Good beds, spacious double room, good location. All facilities was fine.

Cons:

The 2nd room (a single room) was the size of a broom closet - I have never seen such a small single room. Unfortunately there was no breakfast.

We stayed here at the start of our trip and booked it again for the end of our trip. Excellent!
Pros:

The location was excellent for all the tourist spots. We were close to the Victoria train station, so getting to and from the airport was easy.

Cons:

The rooms were small, but updated and comfortable. There is not an elevator, so if you have mobility issues, this is not a place for you.

Great location, great price.
Pros:

Excellent value for money, especially given the location. Room was really comfortable, clean and not run down at all unlike some central London hotels. Staff were friendly and helpful. Luggage room available. We will be staying again

Room just the perfect size, small but enough to spread out our luggage. Good bed. Tiny bathroom, but arranged perfectly. Awesome shower ! Got a room on the first floor when we requested it, could store our luggage there during a bus tour. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location close to Victoria station and victoria bus stop.
Best london stay ever, we'll return for sure if we need to travel from Victoria station again !

Pros:

Great little hotel close to Victoria station, used it for two stops surrounding our Rabies bus tour. Totally recommended ! Helpfull staff, great room, tiny but good bathroom.

Helt ok, Bra beliggenhet.
Pros:

Beliggenhet var helt topp. Du får ikke noe mer sentralt. Rent var det også.

Rommet var veldig lite. For prisen var det litt kjipt.
