La ubicación junto a la playa
La variedad y calidad del buffet y la atención de los camareros/as tanto del comedor como de los distintos bares.
Piscina, concretamente que los huéspedes no respetan las normas de la misma y meten colchonetas, balones y reservan las hamacas. Hamacas insuficientes. Atención en recepción el día de llegada, no nos informaron de la información del servicio de snack que incluye el todo incluido, ni de la posibilidad de toallas previa fianza. Todo incluido demasiadocaro para lo que ofrece, casi todas las bebidas están fuera.

La piscina pequeña y poca altura
La atención del personal de comedor, en particular Yolanda y Jennifer " la sevillana", nos dispensaron un trato y atención magnífico.
La poca empatía y capacidad resolutiva del del chico en recepción del turno de noche, cuando le expusimos el problema que surgió al sacar un café de las máquinas expendedoras, estaba caducado y la leche corta, respueta cuando le expusimos el problema " yo soy recepcionista y no estoy para arreglar los problemas de esas máquinas" a l cual nos quedamos perplejos ante dicha situación.

La piscina muy pequeña y dejaban usar las pelotas y colchonetas.

Colazione buona ,ma non ottima .
Le stanze sono accoglienti , ma sono vecchie.

Mal mantenimiento del mobiliario y del baño
Muy buena ubicación, a pie de playa.
La habitación necesita algunas mejoras, se nota que el baño está viejo (la bañera especialmente) y los colchones necesitan renovarse (muy incómodos).
En la piscina no se cumplen ninguna norma (la gente bebe en la piscina, juegan a la pelota, meten hinchables y se bañan con ropa) sin que nadie les diga nada. Además las hamacas pueden estar sin usarse horas y horas pero ocupadas con una toalla a pesar de los numerosos carteles que hay y tampoco nadie vela por el cumplimiento de la norma. Por no hablar de que están totalmente hundidas y te clavas el plástico de la hamaca.
