The staff are very approachable and helpful. My room was clean and cozy. The breakfast is ok. They have cheap laundry service. Lots of restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores around. I stayed at the same hotel when I arrived and depart from/to Mongolia. I have a big window to see the weather outside.
No elevator from 5th to 6th floor. The hotel is located in 6th floor. If you have heavy luggage, it might be difficult to carry it. But since its just 1 floor, I think it is manageable. At dawn, I was awaken by the cold temperature. It was like -1° and when I returned the temperature in UB gets hotter so the room was a bit humid.
Clean and comfortable space for 2 people.
Hot water was broken and could not be repaired while we were there. This was not the fault of the hotel- had something to do with neighboring construction, just sad for us as it was a very cold shower.
Lovee the clean room! The staff were really nice and approachable. Big shout out to Khublu for taking care of my concern about Mobicom. She went extra mile and I really appreciate it.
Hotel is in 6th floor and elevator is until 5th floor only. If you don't have a big luggage it was ok.
No tengo quejas.
The interaction with the staff particularly the manager; she made my stay so enjoyable- I felt like part of a family. Thank you
The location was pretty good, walking distance to the downtown area and to the black market.
nothing.
This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel, so I don’t have much to compare with. The hotel itself is clean, reasonably priced, and the location is quite convenient. I also liked the mini sauna in the shower area, which was a nice extra feature.
However, the capsule’s air circulation felt too weak to keep the space fresh, and I ended up sleeping with the door open. When set to maximum, the fan becomes quite noisy, which makes sleep less comfortable. There is also only one restroom per gender, which could be inconvenient if the hotel is fully booked.
Overall, the stay was okay.
