We did not really pay attention when booking. We thought we booked pods but actually we ended up in a dormitory. There is only 1 room with pods but mostly it is dormitory so we felt deceived

Totale Katastrophe: wir kamen mitten in der Nacht an und UBPOD hatte unser Zimmer an jemand anderes vergeben obwohl wir es gebucht hatten. Als Entschuldigung gaben sie uns ein ungemachtes ungewaschenes Hochbett in einem winzigen Raum wo noch 3 andere drin geschlafen haben. Das hatten wir nie so gebucht. Wir mussten mitten in der Nacht ein neues Hotel buchen.

Capsule experience
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay in my capsule. The staff is very friendly, prepares breakfast and coffee every day early in the morning. I arrived way too early and they provided a locker for free where even my huge Backpack fit in. The capsule itself is nice, cosy, and quiet, clean bathroom, living room very comfortable. The black market is only 500m away and you can reach the Sukhbataar Square within 30 minutes of walking. I highly recommend this cute little hostel!

the place is clean and nice enough for the price

Cons:

the elephant in the room is that at check-in I asked the reception if I could enter the building during the night as well and they assured me that the door would be open 24/7. Turns out the door was not open 24/7 and I almost lost my flight the following morning after being stranded outside without my luggage for the whole night!
Also, the beds are too short, i could barely fit and I am not tall.
