Luxurious and comfortable property, great staff, excellent breakfast
Pros:

The hotel was very plush and welcoming, especially after our long drive. We were upgraded to an Executive room that was roomy enough for our family for 3 - which was a nice gesture from the staff. Too bad that we spent only one night there!
Excellent Breakfast spread...we were quite spoilt for choice!

Cons:

The only let-down was that the non-smoking room that we were put, in really smelt like it had been a smoking room earlier. That was a bit dreadful...and should have been taken care of in a better manner, in a property of this kind. Hoping the management takes this issue up promptly

Definitely staying again when I’m in the city
Pros:

Perfect location, you’re close to almost everything in the city. Good breakfast options too, shoutout iced latte!!
Welcome shots were adorable and their staff let us check in early without any additional charges.
Also, did a little surprise cake for my birthday which I really appreciate.

Great place to stay.
Pros:

It was a great hotel to stay. Facilities, restaurants,staff, comfort. Wish I could have stayed there longer. Special mention to Charith in the restaurant. Charith was so welcoming and made your dining experience special.

Cons:

Maybe not enough shade at the pool in the afternoon. Not enough toiletries in the shower, had to ask for them to be filled up but this was done pretty quick if you ask a supervisor.

Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location close to everything. The building and rooms are very modern and clean, water in the shower is hot. Nice city view. Rooftop pool is nice and breakfast has a good selection

Cons:

Need to have a selection of pillows they were quite uncomfortable and room carpet could also be cleaned

Housekeeping could have been better. They clean within minutes. They never used a vacuum cleaner during our four-day stay.
