Pros:

El precio y la ubicación son excepcionales, el encargado fue muy amable, tuvimos tranquilidad y privacidad. Las reglas de la casa son muy claras.

Cons:

No había aire acondicionado, pero durante la noche llovió así que el clima estuvo fresco y logramos adaptarnos con un ventilador de techo.

Alojamiento perfecto para una noche anterior o posterior a un vuelo
Pros:

Muy cerca del aeropuerto, limpísimo y cómodo. Probamos otro alojamiento en Alajuela y este nos gustó mucho más. El check in facilísimo y el dueño muy agradable. La cahabitación era espaciosa y la cama cómoda. Hay agua caliente y productos de baño disponibles. Muy recomendable.

War in Ordnung, würde es wahrscheinlich nicht weiter empfehlen
Pros:

Guter abholservice, grundsätzlich sehr freundlich

Cons:

Sehr einfach, wie in ganz Costa Rica, Könnte hier und da aufjedenfall renoviert und erneuert werden. Für mich hat Preis/Leistung nicht gepasst.

Como en casa
Pros:

Me gustó el trato de la familia de Román, las instalaciones, la comodidad, sentirme como en casa, y la cocina nueva que estaban haciendo (con vistas estupendas), un placer hospedarse allí. Lo mejor: en la cocina podías dejar alimentos que te sobraban (pan, té, café...) y te encontrabas con los de otros huéspedes.

Cons:

La limpieza en algunas habitaciones podía mejorar, pero en general estaba bien.

Nice family who owns the place. Felt welcomed.
Pros:

Nice set up. Good for one night near airport. Liked that there’s a shared kitchen area and hammocks.

Cons:

It was hit in our room as there’s only one fan and no way to open windows. Another fan on the ground would have been nice.

perfeito lugar pra ficar pertinho do aeroporto
Pros:

ótima opção pra se hospedar pertinho do aeroporto. casa aconchegante e espaçosa, assim como o quarto privado. o banheiro era bem grande e o chuveiro tinha ótima pressão. as áreas comuns são ótimas pra jantar e conhecer pessoas já que lá tem quartos compartilhados também. passei apenas uma noite antes de voar pro Brasil e foi perfeito. muito perto do aeroporto, menos de 20min de carro. tem mercado perto da casa e a vizinhança parece ser tranquila.

Cons:

se chegar de noite o mapa pode mostrar a localização errada. eu fiquei no portão na casa do outro lado da rua. mas o dono parece estar acostumado porque me ajudou e me mostrou o local correto.
