Good value for money
Pros:

It was a quiet location, we didn’t have breakfast but had an evening meal on our second evening. The food was tasty and plentiful. Good value for money too

Cons:

The shower head too heavy and kept bending down towards the wall not into the cubicle. I didn’t complain about it so couldn’t expect the owners to rectify it.

Wonderful host, perfect overnight stop, great breakfast and excellent value.
Pros:

The sraff were welcoming and friendly. The location is convenient for the M4 and so peaceful in countryside just outside a small village. Modern, clean comfortable room. The breakfast was excellent and like the accomodation very good value.

Molto carino
Pros:

Posizione comodissima a chi come noi è difficile passaggio per visitare le zone circostanti.
Personale gentilissimo, disponibile. Non parliamo inglese ma si sono prodigati per farci sentire a nostro agio.
Cena al pub ottima e abbondante.
Possibilità di fare colazione.

Qualche parte all'interno del pub un po' datata.

Soggiorno perfetto
Pros:

Pub bellissimo, immerso nel verde, a pochi km da Swindon e a 1 ora circa dalle mete che volevamo visitare (Stonhenge, Bath). Camera grande, ben oltre quello che ci aspettavamo, pulita e moderna.
Il pub al piano inferiore tipicamente British. Il giorno in cui siamo arrivati c'era un matrimonio, prontamente segnalato in anticipo dal proprietario... È stato molto divertente 😊 e soprattutto sono stati estremamente rispettosi dell'orario di fine evento (persino in anticipo rispetto a quanto ci aveva detto il proprietario). Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto la signora (credo sia una delle proprietarie), che ci ha addirittura dato subito la camera, anche se siamo arrivati prima del check in e volevamo solo lasciare le valigie. Abbiamo poi anche conosciuto la simpaticissima signora delle pulizie... carinissima! Ci hanno subito messo a nostro agio!
Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione perché avevamo orari stretti, ma la domenica ci siamo concessi il sunday roast e che dire... BUONISSIMO!
Ce ne siamo andati a malincuore 💖 se mai dovessimo tornare nelle cotswolds, sicuramente lo terremo di nuovo in considerazione!

Cons:

Da migliorare solo il materasso del letto, un po' troppo morbido. Ma se proprio devo guardare il pelo nell'uovo, perché era davvero tutto perfetto!

Lovely weekend getaway
Pros:

Really lovely, friendly staff and the food was absolutely delicious. The room was comfortable enough, although the TV was too small to make any real use of. The room was generally clean and the building and surroundings are beautiful.

Cons:

Unfortunately my partner is scared of spiders and there were quite a few on the ceiling, which meant I was running around with a cup catching them for a while. It didnt detract from the stay overall but did take a little time to take care of when we first arrived.
